This semidetached house located in a silent place in Vuokatti. Completed in 2009. Living area 94 m²; combined living room & kitchen, sauna (electric heating), washroom with two showers and toilet. 4 bedrooms (9 beds): two bedrooms with twinbed and two bedrooms with separate beds. One extra bed in bedroom and one sofabed (120cm) for 1-2 pers . Shower/toilet also on the 2nd floor. 2 x Tv. Open terrace and storage for skies. For a baby: high chair and travel bed, also the child safety gates on the stairs. Vuokatti ski slope 3.5 km, Sotkamo 9 km, Hiukka beach 9 km (in Sotkamo), nearest lake 1 km. Kajaani 30 km, cross country track 150 m. Holiday Club Katinkulta / spa 5 km. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. NOTE: Price NOT inc. final cleaning. Price NOT inc. linen (sheets and towels). Bed linen and final cleaning is booked in advance at extra price. Pets NOT allowed.
