Ideal for people looking for relaxation, tranquillity, but also the opportunity to spend a day at the seaside. Some of the outdoor area are fenced, among those a large area 16 x 20 m with furniture, a loggia with wood burning oven. There is a large brick porch to use for dining outside with the view on the swimming pool and the valley. Cosy, simple large working farm "Le Pergole". 1.5 km from the centre of Volterra, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, 02.05.-26.09.). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 10 km, sandy beach 40 km. Tennis 3 km, riding stables 10 km.
