A very peaceful place, far away from the city hectic life and next to the green lush mountain, can hear a nearby waterfall all the time. It's great place to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Home is newly built of very thick granite walls, and massive wood is used everywhere, nice warm feeling. That being said about the house, the owner is no less appreciable - Klaus is 85 years young and a great person to talk with, you can learn a lot from his experience, very open and friendly person. We highly recommend this place because of it's location and Klaus.
The house is located in a beautiful spot slightly secluded from the main village. The appartments are cute and clean. The kitchen offers any kind of equipment that could potentially be required. Nature and hiking paths are just outside the door. The owner lives in the same house and is a very friendly, helpful elderly man.
This holiday home is located truly in the midst of nature. A very beautiful waterfall is only 5 minutes. We had a beautiful view from our terrace. The children loved it. The house owner is very helpful gentleman.

Wir verbrachten sehr, sehr schöne, erholsame und äusserst konfortable Ferientage im Tessin. Es war wirklich toll und wir erzählen unseren Freunden mit Stolz von "unserer Villa". :-) - W-LAN/ Internetanschluss: sollte eigentlich vorhanden sein; ging aber nicht - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: wir waren Last Minute dort; für diesen Preis war es super. Ansonsten wäre es für uns viel zu Teuer gewesen.
Perfekt, sehr schön, modern und design. Service vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Luxurioeser Swimmingpool.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für alle, welche die Ursprünglichkeit und die Natur des Maggiatales lieben. Die Ausstattung ist relativ einfach, aber neu und gut im Schuss. Der Besitzer ist ein rührender Mann im Alter von 85 Jahren, der sich persönlich und mit viel Einsatz um seine Gäste kümmert. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!
