The apartment look very new even though it's 5 years old, very clean place and well equipened. My self and family really enjoy staying in savoy apartments, personally I'm 100% satisfy and it's worth the amount of money we payed. Sure I'll stay in the same apartment indy my future visit to Interlaken.
Our family of three spent a glorious week at this apartment. The information on the internet does not do justice to this property. We found it to be extremely spacious, handsomely equipped, tastefully done up and so conveniently located. Spanking clean (bed linen, kitchen, towels...everything) with attention to practically everything a guest might need. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Total value for money.

Die Residenz Savoy hat viel zu einem herrlichen Monat in Interlaken beigetragen. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und sehr sauber. Der Balkon und die freie Sicht auf die Jungfrau sind eindrücklich. Meine Partnerin aus Asien ist begeistert.

Eine sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, direkt am See in Laufdistanz zur Stadt und natürlich als Ausgangspunkt zu allen Zielen im Tessin.
Die komplett ausgestatte Ferienwohnung ist für vier Personen mehr als ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist komplett und hochwertig ausgestattet; die Betreuung durch Domicim ist vorbildlich. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist der fehlende Internetanschluss. Für uns Allergiker ein Pluspunkt: keine Tiere zugelassen!
Et pourtant la météo etait capricieuse! Mais la qualité de l'appartement a permis de bien vivre les quelques heures d'attente d'arrêt de la pluie! L'appartement est superbement décoré et très propre, moderne et classe, la marina ajoute le charme, la place de park(ing) est apréciable... Bref vraiment le top! J'ai beaucoup apprécié la localisation proche Valais/ Leman. et des activités (enfant de 3/4ans) proches... Seul le matelas etait un peu mou a mon gout, c'est dire s'il me faut chercher loin pour trouver un defaut!

We had an amazing week here. Savoy is located right at Höheweg, which is at a walking distance from both the West and Ost train stations. Our contact, Mr. Garcia, arrived on time for introduction, and showed us the apartment. The only bummer regarding location is that the windows face the Höheweg, not the three peaks. The building looks old from the outside and entering it for the first time I had a terrible feeling that I was about to have a very uncomfortable week, but I was wrong. Immediately after entering we saw a pristine and very well kept apartment. It's extremely comfortable for four people, with comfortable and spacious rooms, and it was very clean when we checked in. Kitchen appliances are very good, but some of the utensils weren't in the best possible condition; they were cracked, looked like they had old stuff stuck in them, had lots of dirty spots, etc. One note on check in is that the 500CHF deposit has to be in *cash*, so come prepared. Mr. Garcia was punctual and comfortably spoke to us in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so the check-in and check-out procedures were both fairly easy.

It was a perfect place very clean comfort for family,every thing is neerby The the neerest grossery is very big and you can find every thing The flat is very larg and comfort, the internet is very fast, every thing in the flat was avaliable.
Bereits zum vierten Mal verbrachten wir unsere Ferien in dieser Anlage - zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist grosszügig, hell, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist ideal für Familien mit Teenagern, nicht aber mit kleinen Kindern (zu nahe am Wasser, wenige Spielmöglichkeiten). Hafen, Badeanstalt, Aquapark und ö.V. sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Sportanlagen sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sowphl für Aktive als auch für Erholungsbedürftige zu empfehlen :-)

Situé au bout du lac, l'appartement est un très bon point de départ pour des tas d'excursions dans toutes les directions. L'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux et surtout situé dans un endroit très calme. Les photos du site interhome reflètent bien la réalité et l'appartement était très propre. Nous y retournerons très certainement. Les personnes qui sont partis dans mon groupe ont un handicap mental souvent accompagné de difficultés physiques. Il n'était pas mentionné clairement sur le site s'il y avait un ascenseur ou pas, mais vos collaborateurs ont été très gentil pour chercher l'information avec moi. Je pense que lorsque vous louez plusieurs appartements dans un même lotissement comme ici, il est judicieux de mieux montrer sur un plan ou un schéma quel appartement on a et quel étage quit à mentionner les autres appartements sous votre gouvernance. Comme les photos sont quasi tous identiques d'un appartement à l'autre (surtout les photos d'extérieur), il est difficile lorsqu'on doit faire un choix de savoir exactement ce qu'on a choisi...
Fantástico apartamento en un muy buen sitio. Delante de una marina y con muy buena comunicación para planificar todo tipo de excursiones. A 40mins en coche de Les Portes du Soleil. El piso está equipadísimo y bastante bien amueblado, con una distribución perfecta para grandes grupos. Cocina-comedor-salón enormes y muy confortables. 100% recomendable
Sehr schöne, luxuriöse Wohnung mit sensationeller Aussicht auf den Genfersee. Sehr geräumig und gehobene Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage, in Gehdistanz zu Läden und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Leider sehr lärmig, Hinter dem Gebäude befindet sich die Bahnlinie, vorne eine Hauptstrasse. Schlafen mit offenen Fenstern ist nicht möglich.

eine Traumhaftlage am Grundlsee für einen Ferienurlaub ist in den Zimmern alles vorhanden - es muss nur noch das Essen mitgebracht werden - selbst Brötchen bekommt man im Hotel- Beratung und Service im ganzen Hotel sehr zu vorkommend,
romantischer Ort mit guter Infrastuktur im Hotel. Nettes SPA mit großem Pool und toller Sauna, Dampfbadlandschaft. Essen im Hotel sehr gut. Sehr saubere Unterkunft und zuvorkommendes Personal. Durchaus empfehlenswert.

Vanwege de afstand tot het centrum van Ascona en tot de winkels voor de boodschappen moet men of een huurauto hebben of fietsen huren.De mevrouw uit Locarno die u verwelkomt en de sleutels geeft is alleraardigst. Het eten in het bijbehorende 5 sterren hotel is ongelooflijk duur, maar wel goed. Voor een wifi verbinding moet u in het hotel een pasje zien te krijgen. Wij betaalden daar niets voor nadat we er voor 150 euro pp gedineerd hadden
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Es hatte wirklich alles was man braucht, sogar noch mehr. Der Bettinhalt war sehr sauber und neu. Die Küche sehr praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Die grösse Enttäuschung war dann das Abendessen im Ivo Adams Restaurant "Easy7" in Ascona das war der Service katastrophal.Wir wurden x mal vergessen und haben über 2 stunden auf unser Abendessen gewartet. Das Essen war nicht besonders (sogar versalzen) aber sehr teuer.NIE WIEDER! Da kocht man lieber in der Wohnung oder geht in die zahlreichen Pizzerias an der Promenade. Dort sind die Angestellten freundlich und man wird schnell bedient.
Fantastic location within walking distance of centre along the prom or easy bus ride every 10 mins. Panoramic view of lake from balcony. Well equipped apartment and friendly and helpful key-holder..Some noise at night from rail and road traffic, but worth it for the view, Montreux Riviera card gave free local transport-a definite plus
Absente à l'accueil, ménage et rangement non terminé car pas vérifié. Le studio est vaste et comporte une belle terrasse avec une belle vue. Emplacement très bruyant par la route et les trains dont il semble que l'ensemble transite par le studio...c'est vous dire!! Merci pour les "nuits blanches". Aucun état des lieux, ni à l'entrée, ni à la sortie n'a été effectué. Montreux est bien placé pour les visites, mais le studio est à bannir.
Not coming back! Next time we will go for better accommodation and more attractive surroundings at Wolfgangssee. Apartments are ok, but there was a light smell of mould in sleeping room, mainly coming from furniture. Strong smell of mould and NO warm water in sauna, still we were charged 7 Euro per person for this. Playing ground not very attractive. Do not rent a cot, as they charge you a fortune. House seems to need some renovation/refurbishing.
