Really nice apartment situated in the center of Zermatt, with all the things you need and separate enough from Banhoffstrasse to enjoy a very quiet stay. For sure we will come back. Thanks to Interhome Zermatt for making our stay so enjoyable, especially the girl who speaks in spanish!

Rien à dire sur le chalet. Bien équipé, clair, spacieux et belle vue. Quelques détails pratiques manquants (pas de plateau, pas de salière, pas de poivrier, aucun fond de ménage...) Mais le gros hic, c'est la situation : d'abord, il faut le trouver, et ensuite y arriver ! Nous y étions au mois de février, mission impossible sans chaînes (même avec une 4x4) Donc il fallait garder ses chaînes tout le séjour, alors que l'accès à Nendaz et Sivier était dégagé. Ce chalet doit être agréable en été.
Tolle Unterkunft mit super Blick über das Tal. Zufahrt zum Haus sehr steil und schwer zu finden. Der Weg ins Dorf ist somit auch sehr steil und zu Fuß nicht zu. Das Haus selber ist in einem markelosen Zustand (Stand März 2013). Die Raumaufteilung sowie die Ausstattung waren perfekt.

The Firs is een mooie, zeer compleet uitgeruste bungalow op een prachtig rustig plekje. Het touristische Drumnadrochit ligt op 10 km naar het oosten, een prachtig natuurgebied 10 km naar het westen. Eigenaar van het complex was zeer vriendelijk. Enige opmerking: Electriciteit in de bungalow liep via een meter, die, wanneer er geen "tegoed" meer was, door de eigenaar moest worden opgeladen. Dit deed hij zonder problemen! Maar bij ons was er steeds de angst dat we plotseling (bv op een tijdstip dat de eigenaar niet aanwezig was) wederom zonder stroom zouden komen te zitten. Voor een bungalow waarbij electriciteit inclusief is, vond ik dit niet helemaal terecht.... Houd er verder rekening mee dat de Firs tegen een stevige heuvel aan ligt. Bereiken van de bungalow per auto was iedere keer een belevenis. Wifi was aanwezig, maar hiervoor moest je naar de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes van het aan de weg gelegen hostel.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, alles war SUPER! Das Ferienhaus Chocolat ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. Was uns alle sehr positiv überrascht hat, war die Jackuzzi :) Diese Fereinhaus ist zu empfehlen!!! Es lohnt sich sehr dorthin zu gehen! Grüsse
Der Strom viel sehr oft aus und wurde von der Verwaltung des Chaletsus erst Stunden später wieder eingeschaltet . Terrasse nicht geräumt von Schnee und Eis. Konnte erst nach mühevoller Arbeit benutzt werden. Zugang zur Hütte sehr glatt,
De très belles prestations... Juste une remarque: il manque une machine à laver pour que l'équipement soit vraiment à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles.
Apartament bardzo elegancki i eksluzywny, sprzyjający wypoczynkowi. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Sypialnie komfortowe i przytulne.Na miejscu czysto i spokojnie. Basen z kameralną atmosferą i ratownikiem. Leżaki na basenie ogólnodostępne. Ze względu na górzyste położenie ( mieszkanie znajduje się na wzgórzu ) samochód niezbędny. Bez problemu jednak można dojechac do pobliskich plaż jak i wszystkich atrakcji, które oferuje Marbella czy Puerto Banus. W okolicy mnóstwo pól gofowych. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo pozytywne. Apartament godny polecenia!
i was initially wary of booking the Chalet Monch as there were very little reviews about property and looking at the map it was obvious that a rail line was running behind it and it was a bus trip into Grindelwald centre. We got a taxi at station and collected keys from Interhome office (really lovely staff) and then onto chalet. On entering apartment it was obviously looked after really well, very nicely kitted out withe extra blankets, lots of kitchen ware and all rooms spacious with the balcony surrounding on two sides looking out onto the mountains. The underfloor heating and wood stove were very welcome and the double glazing on windows made it relatively soundproof to outside noise, including the train line and the road. Excellent access to Grindelwald Grund Mannlichen gondalas for the skiiers. And the non-skiers were able to take the regular ski bus into Grindelwald from same place or just 5mins up the road from apartment. The Grindelwald Grund railway station was close by which was great for getting up to Jungfraujoch (the top of Europe). Would recommend this property without hesitation. It was the fourth time that some of the party had been to Grindelwald and according to them this was by far the best accommodation they had there. Once we knew the bus timetable including the nacht bus access to restaurants and shops were not an issue. The hostel close by (Mountain Hostel) advertised takeaway pizza, which we did not use, but would be an option to those who want a night in without cooking. Overall a lovely holiday based on really comfortable accommodation.

Das Haus liegt an einer günstigen Lage, eingebettet in einem Einfamilienhausquartier. Es herrscht eine angenehme Mischung von Ruhe und aktiver Nachbarschaft. Der Garten bietet sowohl Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen als auch zum Spielen. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind praktisch ausgestattet, es stehen auch für grosse Familien genügend Nasszellen zur Verfügung. Das Wohnzimmer ist genügend gross. Der Esstisch ist für acht Personen eher knapp gross, die Küche mässig gross, der Kochherd knapp. Insgesamt ist die Ausrüstung mit Geschirr und Besteck in gutem Masse vorhanden, wir hätten uns jedoch bessere Bratpfannen und einen vollständig intakten Wasserkocher gewünscht. Die Duschkabine im Erdgeschoss war ebenfalls defekt - schade! Auch ein Internetzugang (WLan) wäre wünschenswert. Die gute und freundliche Betreuung vor Ort in der Interhome - Geschäftsstelle haben wir sehr geschätzt.
nous avons ete tres bien accueilli, dans une maison tres confortable. nous avons trouve un seul bemol, tres facilement corrigible: l'equipement de la cuisine n'est pas adapté à la taille de la maison: pas de plat a gratin pour le four, pas de plat allant au microonde (assiettes portant des dorures), pas de verre standard, uniquement des verres à pied (que les enfants n'arrivent pas à tenir, et qui ne sont pas agréables pour boire un verre d'eau), pas assez de couverts (fourchettes couteaux et cuilleres). la cafetiere electrique etait trop entartree pour fonctionner correctement, et nous avons prefere faire du cafe filtre. c'est dommage car par ailleurs, la maison est très vaste et bien équipée pour accueillir une grande famille. un autre petit bemol: pas d'accès internet, dommage! mais apres tout, c'est une maison de vacances!
Een volledig ingerichte chalet met alle comfort. Een keuken met moderne apparatuur, er ontbrak niets in deze chalet. Mooie terassen met prachtig zicht op de bergen. Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.
Prachtige chalet met breed (en hoog) panoramisch zicht op de bergen zonder inkijk van buren, alle modern comfort, veel DVD's en CD's beschikbaar (wat aangenaam is voor de avonduren), gezellige sfeervolle inrichting, ... echt een aanrader ! Door de steile oprit is in de winter een 4x4 aangeraden.

zwar etwas teuer, die Heizung etwas zu niedrig eingestellt. Die Bedienung der DVD/Viedo-Anlage sollte besser beschrieben werden (Verbindungen, Kanaleinstellungen). Internet funktionierte nicht. Betr. Komfort, Zimmer, Betten alles sehr gut. Die Variante "Garage als Spielraum" ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.
Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Stilvolle hochwertige Einrichtung, viel Platz und viel Komfort wie Eiscrasher und eingebauter Kaffeevollautomat und hochwertiges Geschirr. Große Garage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus. Herrliche Dachterrasse, leider ohne Sonnenliegen. Geräuschkulisse des Vergnügungsparkes auf der anderen Hafenseite ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Vorteil bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage kann man die Fenster schließen, dann ist es ruhiger. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus und einer sehr gepflegten abgesicherten Residenz.
Très belle maison, moderne, accueillante et très tranquille en cette période de l'année car sans voisins de part et d'autre du jardin. Vue superbe sur la mer et les bateaux. Accès sécurisé au garage très pratique.

tres bonne situation pour qui veut jouer au golf ( exigeant mais tres jouable pour joueur de 20 d handicap) bonne situation pour les centres d attraction ( demie heure de route) un peu loin pour les commerces de tous les jours ( un quart d heure en voiture minimum)
Location: Off the main through road on the outskirts of Grindelwald, quiet with beautiful view . Very short walking distance to the Maennlichen Gondola, great for skiing. A bit of an uphill walk into the village center as an only negative of an otherwise perfect one week stay. Chalet: Very spacious and modern, nicely furnished with all the amenities needed (free wifi as an extra plus). Personally, prefer the beds a bit harder, but I know many people love them soft... We are renting for many years for skiing vacation throughout the alps, but Chalet Eiger topped it all, especially when compared with the price (we admittedly benefited from an off peak last minute offer, but all the same, we would take the apartment again any time). Interhome service was very friendly and extremely competent.
Dicht bij alle parken (30 minuten), top-service en alle moderne gemakken (WiFi, gratis bellen, keuken, zwembad en AC). Nederlandse eigenaar. Prima uitvalsbasis om Florida te ontdekken!
Die Unterkunft war insegesamt sehr gut! Was wie so oft nicht ausreichend vorhanden war, waren Haken, um Dinge auzuhängen. Ein Zimmer war sehr klein mit nahezu keiner Abstell- und Ablagemöglichkeit und auch kleineren Betten (< 90x200). Der Warmwasservorrat ist zum Duschen für 8 Personen zu knapp! Aber mit diesen Punkten konnten wir uns gut arrangieren und das Chalet liegt traumhaft und ist toll ausgestattet!

Un interieur raffiné tres agréable a vivre. Une mauvaise note pour la piscine qui n'est pas bien profonde.
The house was a little bit difficult to find (small alleys and small map) but when found it fulfilled all our expectations! Wonderful, clean areas. Bathrooms were big and spacious, interiour design fresh and modern. Also the outdoors was bigger than the pictures showed! Wonderful views from the terrace and overall a great experience. On the down side; the sound of for example music can disturb the neighbours and they are not so friendly... The open fire did not work, and we had three (abandoned?) kittens living in our backyard.

Bonjour,dommage que la cuisine soit completement vide et qu'il n'y ait pas un minimum pour la vaisselle et les assaisonnement genre sel poivre par exemple. L'accès au spa du Cervin Palace est génial. Il est toujours regrettable que la fidelite à Interhome ne soit pas prise en compte!!! Cordialement Marie Achard
Super grosszügige Wohnung die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Nähe zur Gondelbahn erlaubt auch zwischendurch mal in die Wohnung zu gehen oder dort das Mittagessen einzunehmen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr angenehm eingerichtet. 2 Zimmer haben ihr eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Am Abend und in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Wir fanden die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vor. Zum Einkaufen muss man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss gehen. Dank der neuen kleinen Standseilbahn ist aber die Höhendifferenz kein Problem.

We had a very good service when we asked for help to adjust or fix some details with some equipment. The house standard was perfekt for us with lots of space and it was like coming home. The house was nice and clean with cozy lighting lit when we arrived in the evening. The area was quiet and calm and it was easy to get to markets and attractions. In the evenings we used the pool and we enjoyed it very much. With such nice house that you are very happy with, it is easy to enjoy all the other.
The pick up of keys was arranged perfectly even though the office was closed. The office people helped in all cases and acted promptly to all flaws we presented. The house was exactly we were expecting!
Een bijzonder fraai ingericht en ruim appartement. Wanneer je op 1 van de balkons verblijft, is het andere appartementcomplex wel erg dichtbij, maar dat is vaker zo in Zermatt. Het zicht op de Matterhorn compenseert dit overigens grotendeels.
Alles Tip Top ! Zimmer waren tadellos. Küche war sauber und gross. Manche Glühbirnen waren kapputt. mussten ausgetauscht werden. Badezimmer sind sauber und es hatte genügend Handtücher. Chminee war auch sehr gut !
Wir waren mit allem VOLLAUF zufrieden. Empfehle die Ferienwohnung besten mit Gewissen weit. Toll ausgestattet, genügend Raum für 8 Personen!!
