Das Zimmer ist ideal für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet um selbst zu kochen und das Bad ist schön und gross. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist genial und auch die Bademöglichkeit vor dem Haus natürlich optimal. Die Lage zwischen Lugano und Gandria ist sehr schön und der Anschluss ist tiptop. Schnell ist man auch auf dem San Salvatore oder Monte Bre.
The apartment was nicely situated just outside Lugano on a beautiful and quiet street. The view from the balcony is fantastic and if the weather had been good it would have been the perfect place to go swimming in the lake. The apartment itself was simple but clean and nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds and everything you need for a short break or a week's holiday. The key collection went perfectly – we were met by a very friendly Swiss lady who happily answered all our questions and gave us some good restaurant tips. All in all highly recommended – only the weather could have been better!

L'appartamento è ben curato in una zona centrale e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sicuramente da utilizzare camera con letto comodo e ampio soggiorno con divano letto, il bagno un po' angusto ma pulito il palazzo non proprio recente la l'appartamento completamente ristrutturato e attrezzato, lavatrice, lavastoviglie TV al plasma WIFI
Para mi y mis familiares este apartamento ha sido un lugar muy acogedor y donde nos hemos sentido como en casa los días que pasamos en París. No puedo poner ningún pero pues todo estaba perfecto y y los servicios de agua caliente, calefacción y lectricidad funcionaban perfectamente. Su localización es muy buena para estar alejado, pero a la vez cerca del bullicio del centro. Si me tuviera que quejar de algo sólo lo haría d ela televisión, pues la gran mayoría de canales no se podían ver. WIFI, muy bueno y de gran velocidad.

Fijn appartement, 2 slaapbanken, keuken met oven wat fijn is voor je broodjes! Fijne douche, skiruimte! Vlak bij de piste, 25 meter lopen. Parkeren voor de deur! Klein dorp met een paaar winkels in de buurt!

Prima huis en prijs kwaliteit oke , Skigebied niet voor beginners en het adres wat de verhuurster aanbied over skiverhuur is niet het nieuwste materiaal ( je kunt beter naar het centrum) ipv bij de schmittenbahn
Very pleased with apartment. Spacious, clean with all facilities expected. Excellent personal service from owner. All baby essentials provided. Very nice situation and outlook. Would be very convenient for skiing in winter. Would definitely book again. Very good price.

Fast zentral. Nur 10min. zum Zentrum Lugano. Besser geht nicht. Öffentlicher WLAN hat schlechte Verbindung in der Wohnung. Aber auf der Balkon geht. Sehr ruhige Lage und schöner blick nach Lugano See.
Prima vakantiewoning, zoals omschreven. Alles schoon en keukeninrichting was zeer ruim. Uitstekende locatie in het centrum met winkel en meerdere bakkers en eetgelegenheden. Stumm ligt centraal gelegen waardoor er veel uitstapjes mogelijk zijn. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw die je tips en adviezen gaf. Enige minpunt was dat er geen wifi was.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , Zimmer und Strand werden täglich gereinigt, die Preise im Ort sind leider überteuert, Sauberkeit 1 A , schöner Landschaft.

Très joli appartement quasi neuf au rez d'une maison à 2 logements. L'équipement est complet et fonctionnel. Nous avons passés 7 jours magnifiques et avons pu apprécier la gentillesse et la serviabilité des propriétaires qui habitent l'étage supérieur. Pour se rendre sur les pistes, une navette gratuite circule toutes les 15 min. en direction de St Anton qui est à 12 km. Le trajet dure une dizaine de minutes, soit très raisonnable. On peut descendre à ski jusqu'à l'arrêt, en revanche env. 5 min. de marche pour revenir à l'appartement. Je peux que conseiller ce choix.
We were very happy with this apartment. It was very clean, well maintained, and stock with various items that made our stay very comfortable. It is a short 15 minute walk to the old town center which was very convenient and the residential location was very peaceful. No available internet access was a slight negative. Other than that it was excellent. Highly recommended!
appartement trés bien situé, belle vue, bien agencé; attention dans le salon, 2 lits pliants et non un canapé lit. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un balai ou un aspirateur car même si le menage est compris, c'est génant de laisser les miettes sur le tapis en partant ! pas evident de manipuler la télé via le satellite

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt! Besonders gefallen hat uns die Grosszügigkeit und Aufteilung der Wohnung sowie die Lage (Skibus fast vor der Tür, Lage oberhalb mit einem grandiosen Blick auf´s Tal). Auch der eigene Eingang hat uns gut gefallen.
It was a great apartment, but if you are coming in winter be prepared for some difficulties with driving to this house (chains required). Wifi was enabled but didn't work all the time. That wasn't a problem as we didn't come there to surf the internet. Probably we could have just asked the owner for better internet service, but we didn't bother.
Dotarcie do domu w którym był nasz apartament było łatwe, wcześniej oglądałem go w internecie. Już pierwszy kontakt z Gertrudą był bardzo miły. Warunki w apartamencie doskonałe, fantastycznym pomysłem są świeże bułki każdego rana dostarczane do domu. Gospodarze zachowywali się dyskretnie, zawsze byli do dyspozycji. Położenie obiektu jest znakomite, na początku Nauders, łatwe do lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko, góry praktycznie z każdej strony, można było bezpośrednio wejść na szklak.
Sehr schöne, empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Sie ist zweckmäßig und geschnackvoll eingerichtet. Die zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und liebe Art der Vermieterin macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Es war wirklich schön.
Balkon heeft een schitterend uitzicht op het meer en de hele dag zon! Appartement is compleet en netjes ingericht, badkamer is zelfs ruim te noemen. Het meer ligt op loopafstand (100 meter) en het water is schoon. Locale beheerder is erg vriendelijk. Auto is wel noodzakelijk voor boodschappen e.d. Het best bevallen is het uitzicht en het weer Negatief kan ik niets verzinnen, een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding ! Kortom: een aanrader
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem das Bett hat eine rückenschonende Matratze. Der Blick vom Balkon hat uns jeden Tag Freude bereitet (wenn es nicht gerade geregnet hat). Störend waren eher die Nachbarn, die eine Vorliebe für sehr kurz geschnittenen Rasen bzw. Hecke haben; die waren - neben dem Verkehrslärm von der Hauptstraße - nicht zu überhören. Ein Fußmarsch nach Verbania ist weniger zu empfehlen, da auf dem ersten Stück kein Fußweg existiert und man "Freiwild" für die Autofahrer ist. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung führt in die Irre, wenn man sich nach der Adresse richtet. Man muss über einen Umweg und dann durch den Garten fahren. Wenn man das berücksichtigt, ist der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung aber nur ein Katzensprung.
L'appartement, très bien équipé, et a été renové dernièrement. La propreté est impeccable. Situé dans un endroit calme, balcon soleil couchant.
Nous connaissons ce logement de longue date et apprécions sa situation relativement proche des bains (10 min. à pieds). L'intérieur a reçu un nouveau "look" très plaisant et accueillant, et depuis le grand balcon on jouit d'une vue magnifique. L'équipement ne laisse aucun désir, de sorte, qu'on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir.
Eine nette, kleine, saubere und schön eingerichtete 2-Z-Ferienwohnung mit Balkon in einem kleinen grünen Wóhngebiet. Betreut wird die Wohnung von einer netten und fürsorglichen älteren Dame. Wir, 2 Erwachsene + Kleinkind, haben unsere 3 Tage dort genossen und hatten nichts auszusetzen.
Modern eingerichtete Wohnung bei der es an nichts mangelt. eigene Terrasse und eigener Zugang . Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Der Ort ist gemütlich und sowohl Landeck (10 Minuten) als auch das Skigebiet Ladis (15 Minuten) sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
En egen "våning" i med separata sovrum och kokvrå/vardagsrum i mitten.. De bästa madrasserna vi upplevt efter 30 års resande. Ofta är madrasserna för hårda i mellan- och sydeuropa. Gratis WiFi .
Simple but clean. Reasonable location. Very good layout of the rooms with two separated bedrooms/bathrooms. Very friendly and easy going landlord. Good price although some furnishing and other equipment could be upgraded. Generally, good value for money.
We stayed for 3 weeks in the holiday home and we will be back again for another week! We enjoyed every minute of our stay there, inspite of the moody weather. Elizabeth Haenggi and her husband Felix are both wonderful people and they really looked that we are at home and comfortable. The kitchen is superb and we found mostly what we needed. Perhaps, in the near future, there will be a more comfortable and suitable bed and mattress. The Internet/Wifi had a little bit of a problem in the beginning but this was sorted out and repaired immediately. Overall, we can only highly recommend this place to people from all walks of life and nationalities. Bear in mind though that a car transport is necessary to be able to come to this place and enjoy the surrounding areas. There is, however, a CHF 5.00 parking fee/day charged!
It was clean, quiet, everything needed (supermarket, shops, bust stops) near-by. We did not give it five stars since it lacked some items that would have made the stay fully comfortable (a hair-dryer, some kitchen utensils, supplies, etc.); nothing really major but.... The bus stop to the center of the old town is maybe 150 yards away but one could walk to that destination using a path by the river and the walk was around 20 minutes, not holding back. The "key holder' was a very, very pleasant and accommodating man who tried, successfully, to meet our needs (arranging both getting in early and leaving a bit later); we are very thankful to him for all of this. We would recommend this place to anyone who is not adamant about being in the very center of beautiful Salzburg and does not mind taking a bus for 3-4 stops or walking for about 20 minutes.
Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Einziehen und der Urlaub beginnt mit einem herrlichen Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Ein traumhaftes Panorama. Vielen Dank für die erholsame Zeit.
Die Ferienwohnung entsprach den Angaben im Angebot. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Eigentümern empfangen und über mögliche Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten informiermiert. Insgesamt hatten wir uns uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt, es war alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Eigentümer hat sehr viel Wert auf die Ausschmückung gelegt. Ein Manko ist vielleicht der doch nicht mehr so neue Fernseher, aber dafür waren Lesestoff und Spiele in großer Auswahl vorhanden. Es fehlte ein WLAN, dafür gab es öffentlichen, aber langsamen Internetzugang.
Heel mooi, fijn en lux appartement, met schitterende tuin en garage. Centraal en toch stil gelegen. Mooi meubilair, keuken voorzien van alle gemakken.
Prachtig gelegen, mooi ruim en relatief nieuw maar zeer eenvoudig ingericht vooral de slaapkamer. De woning ernaast, waar wij een jaar geleden 2 weken hebben doorgebracht, is veel mooier ingericht terwijl de prijs hetzelfde is en uit de brochure/website niet blijkt dat de woningen op het punt van inrichting wezenlijk verschillen. Wij hadden dus een veel betere inrichting verwacht. Vandaar de teleurstelling. Wij adviseren e.e.a. op de website duidelijk te maken. Voorts was de woning niet op het organieke uur schoongemaakt en moesten wij een paar uur wachten voordat we naar binnen konden(18.00 uur!!!). Dit is volstrekt ONACCEPTABEL.
Die Wohnung war schön groß, so dass wir auch mit 3 Kindern genug Platz hatten. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und nett. Hat alles gut gepasst.
Grosszügige, modern und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, perfekte Auswahl der Materialien; ein Ort zum Verweilen, gerade auch bei Regenwetter; perfekter Service vor Ort; können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen
El apartamento moderno y funcional, en una excelente ubicación. Unido al spa del Mont Cervin Palace hacen de él un lugar ideal para disfrutar del esquí i del maravilloso entorno. Como única sugerencia, quizá le falte algún elemento decorativo para ganar aún más calidez. A destacar la eficiencia y amabilidad del personal de la oficina de Interhome en Zermatt.
Appartement boven een cafe, waar je trouwens geen last van hebt, modern ingericht met alle luxe. Salzburg centrum op 10 min. lopen. (voor Interhome: graag het adres, Moosstrasse 12, bijvoegen bij bevestiging)
Good appartment : two nice bedrooms, good commodities, large bathroom... May be , there is a lake of means to cook (micro oven, plates...) Very welle located not so far from the downtown.. And the last good point: not so expansive
Gemütliches Häuschen mit Garten, praktisch eingerichtet. Wir waren ohne Auto da, das Zentrum von Lugano ist in max. 10min. per Bus erreichbar. Netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Kein Internetanschluss, wäre noch ein Pluspunkt gewesen, sollte bei dem Preis eigentlich drinliegen.
