Schöne Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, ein Gardine im Bad im Erdgeschoss wäre super. Der Wein zur Begrüßung war eine Überraschung, hätte die gute Hausfee vor unser Anreise noch einmal Staub gewischt, wäre alles Toll gewesen. Internet konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, hierbei konnte der 'Verwalter uns leider nicht weiter helfen. Das Kabel für den Fernseher, damit wir DVD sehen konnten hat er gleich geliefert.

Een keurig ingerichte woning in een mooie heuvelachtige omgeving. De Nurnburgring (Nordschleife) is door de velden via wandelpaden te bereiken. De woning is netjes verzorgd en voorzien van goede faciliteiten zoals oven, magnetron, sateliet TV en afwasmachine. De eigenaar is servicegericht en vriendelijk, er wordt de mogelijkheid geboden om gebruik te maken van sauna, wirlpool, broodjesservice en drank op het terras. Het huis is gelegen in een klein dorpje aan het einde van een doodlopende weg en ligt dus verkeersluw. Kortom alles aanwezig voor een ontspannen vakantie.
From the moment we arrived we felt at home, the apartment was easy to find, very clean, spacious and with everything you need. It is perfectly placed for a visit to the nurburgring as its just 7mins up the road and with all the shops in Adenau just down the road it is perfect. We loved staying here, a day at the track followed by dinner and drinks by the wood burner in the apartment (there is also central heating) is wonderful!

très bien situé logement agréable belle vue , proche de seefeld tres joli d'ailleurs et d'D'innsbruck très joli ville un sejour agréable avec le soleil et les fleurs .
wir müssen im Skiurlaub nicht ein super neues Designhaus haben und waren dort prima aufgehoben. Die liebe Hausherrin hat uns dann viel öfter bekochen dürfen als wir unsprünglich geplant hatten, Frühstück wollten wir nur ein- zweimal probieren und waren dann jeden Tag unten. In gut 5min ist man an den Seefelder Skikursen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!

Appartement propre et bien équippé dans une maison très coquette avec possibilité de restauration (délicieuse) sur place et une grande salle de jeux appréciée par les enfants. Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire. Deux grandes chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain.Vue magnifique depuis la grande terrasse avec table et chaises et une chaise longue. Un seul bémol, l'absence d'un vrai salon dans l'appartement - seulement une petite cuisine, correctement équipée. Dans un hameau calme disposant d'une gare avec des trains et bus fréquents vers Innsbruck, Seefeld, ...

vor Ort lief alles reibungslos, die Vermieter gaben Ausflugtipps, das Zimmer war gemütlich und familiär, es gab für jeden Gast zwei Handtücher, was toll war. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt im Haus.

Deux trois petit soucis mais sans importance il y a une vue superbe, attention quand même une église est juste a coté, carte très limité dans le restaurant mais ce n'est pas le choix qui manque dans la région (seefeld notamment)
Le gîte a un très bel environnement. On est en pleine nature tout en étant dans une petite ville. Le gîte est entièrement en bois, propre, spacieux, fonctionnel. Il y a la WIFI très important surtout quand on ne parle pas le polonais.. L'accueil très chaleureux. Possibilité d'utiliser des vélos. Seul bémol: pour le trouver ceci ne marche pas avec le GPS ( sens interdit) et il faut prendre la direction villa Anna et l'indiquer clairement à vos vacanciers. ( il y a beaucoup de panneau où villa Anna est inscrit pour donner la direction) Vacances: marche, tourisme, histoire, architecture, gastronomie et un peuple chaleureux et ouvert.
Willa Anna to jedno z tych miejsc, których brakuje w Polsce. Wygodne, ładnie urządzone mieszkania, mające swoją osobowość, a jednocześnie zapewniające wysoki poziom komfortu. Miejsce na obrzeżach Szklarskiej Poręby, w cichym miejscu. Dom jest położony na dużej działce otoczonej wysokimi drzewami. W ładnie urządzonym ogrodzie są dwie altanki i mały staw. Goście mogą czuć się swobodnie i spędzać czas na zewnątrz nie wchodząc sobie za bardzo w drogę. Sklepy są 7 minut drogi spacerem. Bardzo polecam osobom spragnionym ciszy, natury i autentycznej atmosfery z dala od masowej turystyki.
Views front and back are outstanding. Easy access to the motorway and close to a great choice of wonderful Austrian activities for all ages. The pool and the sauna at the chalets was a big plus. Everywhere was clean, with covered parking. Quality of decor was a disappointment, as was a lack of soap / washing up liquid, which if you arrive on a Saturday evening and with shops shut until Monday morning is a poor show. The reason of "we don't do soap", just doesn't wash I'm afraid. Quality of bedding was really poor with excessive on site charges for linen and towels and use of washing machines. If you take your own soap, washing up liquid, bedding and linen, and don't mind very basic furniture then it can be a reasonable choice.
la vueest magnifique,le chalet est propre, le contact sur place est à l'écoute, les activités telles le ski ou la randonnée sont à proximité et adaptées à tous les âges notamment aux enfants et débutants en sport d'hiver, ainsi que pour les confirmés

Niemand te bereiken voor sleuteloverdracht en woning was nog niet beschikbaar om 16.00 uur. Schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Slaapbank in zeer slechte staat. Woning prachtig gelegen en dichtbij mooi skigebied.
Royale woonkamer, goed ingerichte keuken en mooie complete badkamer. Ruime ouderslaapkamer en twee kamer groot genoeg. Prima zwembad en sauna. Vaanaf het terras vrij uitzicht op de bergen en het Inntal.
Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht mehr die neueste, aber absolut in Ordnung. Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt sind die Betten, hier sind im Bettgestell um 10 cm zu kurze Matratzen, das Kopfkissen verschwindet unangenehm jedes Mal zwischen Matratze und Umrahmung, wahrlich keine 4 Sterne wert. Das Schwimmbad ist eine tolle Einrichtung. Der Pflegezustand des ganzen Hauses ist top
Wat vooraf op de foto's te zien was, kwam overeen met de realiteit. Er waren geen foto's van de slaapkamers (zowel meubilair als bedlinnen ondermaats), geen foto's van de badkamers (dateren uit de jaren 1970 en sindsdien niet gerenoveerd, compleet met roeste afvoer, afbladerende verf aan het plafond, gebrekkige verlichting, vieze douchegordijnen en stijve handdoeken) en geen foto's van de keukenuitrusting (geen degelijke glazen, geen 2 gelijke lepels of vorken of messen, geen gelijke borden; eigenlijk alleen wat samenraapsel van Ikea overschotten)

Dit jaar toch weer voor Wendelin in Telfs gekozen, evenals in 2008 en 2009. Redenen hiervoor: relatief groot huis, met flink grasveld en met zwembad heel dichtbij (dus ideaal voor de kinderen). Daarnaast is deze locatie een prima uitvalsbasis voor tochten naar anderen gebieden. Prijs- / kwaliteitverhouding in orde. Nadeel: Keukeninventaris te beperkt voor flink gezin. Schoonmaak matig, waarschijnlijk mede veroorzaakt door vorige huurders met huisdieren. WiFi beschikbaar, maar relatief prijzig. N.B. Fam. Harting (Hohe Munde) is zeer aardig en komen het eten graag bij de vakantiewoning brengen!
eine Traumhaftlage am Grundlsee für einen Ferienurlaub ist in den Zimmern alles vorhanden - es muss nur noch das Essen mitgebracht werden - selbst Brötchen bekommt man im Hotel- Beratung und Service im ganzen Hotel sehr zu vorkommend,
romantischer Ort mit guter Infrastuktur im Hotel. Nettes SPA mit großem Pool und toller Sauna, Dampfbadlandschaft. Essen im Hotel sehr gut. Sehr saubere Unterkunft und zuvorkommendes Personal. Durchaus empfehlenswert.
Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et lumineux. On apprécie la vue sur le terrain de golf et la montagne. On regrette un peu que le linge n'est pas été changé en milieu de séjour (nous avions réservé 2 semaines).
El apartamento, como construcción, respondió a las expectativas generadas, tanto por su ublcación como por el tamaño de las estancias y los elementos disponibles. No obstante, el estado de limpieza interior y exterior era lamentable. Yo acepto que un apartamento de montaña cuenta con vecinos inevitables, esto es, arañas y otros insectos. Pero la cantidad y tamaño de las telarañas, tanto en el interior de la vivienda como en el exterior (hice fotografías), junto con la ausencia de cuidado del jardín exterior dotaban al edificio de un aspecto deplorable. Francamente, en cinco años que llevo contratando apartamentos con INTERHOME, este ha sido con diferencia el más sucio y poco cuidado que he utilizado. Así mismo, el servicio local fue inexistente. Pese a que llegamos al lugar de destino dentro del horario fijado en la reserva (de hecho, llegamos a las 18.30 horas cuando el horario de recogida de llaves era de 16.00 a 19.00 horas) no hubo nadie para recibirnos. Es más, accedimos a la llave del apartamento de casualidad al probar los diferentes cajetines de seguridad de la entrada. El primer día llamamos por teléfono en dos ocasiones a la persona de contacto que aparece en la reserva, y las dos veces el sistema nos respondió que el número de teléfono no existía. Otro día tuvimos que llamar porque nos quedamos sin electricidad en el apartamento, y en esa ocasión tampoco respondió nadie a la llamada. De nuevo, gracias a un poco de intuición y habilidad por nuestra parte pudimos solventar el problema. Además, pese a que según consta en la reserva el apartamento cuenta con servicio de WIFI, este no existía. Nuevamente, como nadie respondió a nuestras llamadas no pudimos utilizarlo pese a pagarlo. En resumen, apartamento bien, pero limpieza mal y servicio peor.
Très bien en particulier l'accieil du propriétaire. Une seule remarque: éclairgae faible dans la pièce principale (ajouter un 2ième point d'éclairage). Excellent office du tourisme en partculier la "guest card".
Mooie,ruime woning. Goede ontvangst, gezellig complex Misschien wat gedateerd, maar wel een echte Oostenrijkse sfeer. Geweldig uitzicht.Bereikbaarheid winkels was goed. Kon meteen het bos in om te wandelen.

Une fois le chalet trouvé (guidé par un habitant du village) nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. L'appartement est conforme à sa description. Il est bien meublé et la literie est impeccable. La cuisine quoiqu'un peu étroite est fonctionnelle. Seules les poeles et casseroles sont un peu usées et mériteraient le remplacement. Nous étions au calme et à proximité du tramway. C'est la campagne et les fermes voisines nous permettent d'aller chercher du lait fraichement trait (les odeurs des vaches sont elles aussi à proximité...) Les stations de ski à Fulpmes juste à côté - 3km et Neustift à 20 km sont superbes et très agréables pour skier en famille. Attention, il n'y a pas ou peu de pistes vertes pour les débutants... La visite du viel Innsbruck s'impose mais les 5 euros de péage pour l'aller retour par l'autoroute sont désagréables dès l'instant qu'on a payé la vignette autrichienne... Au final un bon séjour et une location au bon rapport qualité prix. L'accueil des propriétaires étant un vrai plus.
Hello. This rent presents itself as a house which you can rent...but it is only an apartment. Was big and everything but we were dissapointed because the communication was held on level that it is a single house for rent. There was no skibus as advertised, only a tram to innsbruck. The Glacier resort wa 40 mins by car....which obviously is not 2km as advertised. Also the smell of manure and the flies were really disturbing The owner was really friendly on the other hand and we spend a quite a good time there but we definitelly won't come back
This review is nearly a year overdue but I still wanted to write one because this place was a delight to visit. We had the top apartment overlooking both the front/road as well as the mountains over the valley. It was a charming apartment, a little dated, but for me that added to it. Well equipped,beds comfortable, rooms large, bread rolls waiting outside the door in the morning if you would like them. The only small issue was that the kitchen wasn't next to the dining table. But not a reason to not come here. It's got a sweet pool over looking the valley, Washing is possible as it hanging it do dry looking at the view. There is a big muncipal swimming pool down the road, and other gasthofs around too. The food here was good. Definitely a family run place with all hands on deck. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly. I loved it here as did our two boys.
Accès facile aux pistes de ski. L'équipement de la cuisine est vétuste (placards en formica, four ne fonctionnant pas). Très belle vue sur les montagnes. Les installations pour stockage du matériel de ski sont très appréciées.
es hat alles bestens gepasst, mehr gibt es auch eigentlich nicht dazu zu sagen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und erfüllen fast jeden Wunsch. Alles in Allem ein TOP-Urlaub mit Wiederholungsgarantie !!! Der einzige Mangel den wir feststellen mussten, war der das die Absprachen zwischen "Interhome" und den Vermietern vor Ort nicht vollständig stattgefunden haben und der Vermieter bei unserer Ankunft deutlich mehr Aufwand hatte als nötig gewesen währe wenn alle unsere Wünsche und Bestellungen im Vorfeld korrekt übermittelt worden wären.
Die Häuser stehen weit oben.ohne Auto kommt man da nicht weg auch zu dem Shibus . + schöner Panoramablik auf die Berge + kostenlose Parkplätze + sauna und Schwimmbad - Internet nur mit 1 Gerät im Hause möglich , 1 Woche kostet 17 euro (buchbar für 1 , 3 oder 7 Tage ) - stumpfe Messer , Spühlnaschene kaum was spühlt , Mühlsäcke mitbringen , leiber auch einen normalen Wasserkocher , - Schimmel im Bad Strom für 1 Woche 20 euro bezahlt ist o.k am Silvester ist das Haus einfach zu teuer im verglech zu den anderen zu Empfehlen Swatovski-Museum in Wattens

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wakacji w Tyrolu w wybranym przez nas apartamencie. Szukaliśmy ciszy, spokoju i niewielu ludzi i to znaleźliśmy w Bichlbach. Polecamy innym to miejsce.
Appartamento ridotto all'essenziale negli spazi (soprattutto in caso di maltempo...) e nelle dotazioni, ma in località panoramica e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ospitalità buona e soggiorno piacevole.
The 2 bedroomed apartment was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen is small and is equipped with 2 hot rings and a microwave. We did not do any cooking there for the week as we used the restaurant downstairs. The food was good and not expensive. Would recommend the Sumperer ribs. The nearest other restaurant is about a 25/30min walk up the mountain so the property is quite remote but the views are spectacular. Freshly baked bread rolls can be delivered to your door every morning 40c each and they are very good. We had a very good week there.

De dekbedden en kussens konden wel een wasje gebruiken. Het douchegordijn zat de schimmel in. Deze beide dingen hebben we ook gemeld. We moesten nog 66 euro extra betalen voor electra; wel erg veel, aangezien de verwarming overdag eigenlijk niet aanhoefde, gezien het mooi was. Dit ook gemeld; blijkt verwarming een duur systeem te zijn. In de papieren, die wij kregen, was niet duidelijk te vinden,waar, wanneer, hoe (adres/tel.nr./e-mailadres) we de sleutel konden halen.
alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Na het skien, 12 km verderop wilden de kinderen dagelijks nog zwemmen in het zwembad. Water had iets warmer gemogen en het trapje naar de parkeergarage had een leuning mogen hebben, zeker als het glad is, is het een gemeen trapje. Verder was het fantastisch. Een ruime woning en goede service.

Ce gîte est bien, j'y avais séjourné et j'y suis retourné car il me convenait. L'accueil est bien et les propriétaires sont rendant service. Le seul problème, la piscine est froide et je n'ai jamais pu m'y baigner, mais nous étions la 2eme quinzaine de septembre. L'appartement est à l'étage sans ascenseur, mais la vue du balcon est splendide.
