Wir waren in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Musalez . DieSauberkeit und der Gesamtzustand des Hauses und des Swimmigpools waren sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist auch die problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und die nette Betreung bei auftretenden Fragen durch die Vermieter.

Ik vond het huisje een beetje teleurstellend. Ook de extra kosten die erbij kwamen, waren niet al te correct. Voor twee personen is het een geweldig huisje, maar voor 4 volwassenen is het wat krap. Al bij al een goede vakantie en een mooie omgeving! Wat ik er wel bij wil zeggen is dat er enkel internet is met kabel. Dit wisten wij niet, waardoor we niets konden opzoeken om te bezoeken. Dit was zeer jammer

Zeer leuke ontvangst Leuke tips gekregen voor boottocht, restaurantbezoek van de buren Huis had ook een wasmachine wat een pluspunt was Ver van het massa toerisme Ruime terassen met meer dan voldoende meubilair, Zwembad werd elke morgen voor dag en dauw discreet gepoetst

A fantastic house with a lovely garden and a great pool. The owner of the house was most gentle, met up at the evening with milk, bread, butter, tea and marmalade etc. Unfortunately, the period (21st to 28 of April) was a rainy and cold week. We will gladly come back. The Björk family

Geweldige ontvangst met uitgebreide uitleg.Heel goed uitgerust huis/schoon. het enige jammere is dat het tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer beneden niet zo breed is. Met twee grote kinderen is dat naar onze mening wat krap.
Een heerlijk huis om zowel met goed als met slecht weer tot rust te komen. Alles, maar dan ook alles is schoon en volmaakt. Nog nooit eerder zo'n uitgebreide keukeninventaris in een huurhuis aangetroffen. Een huis om je in thuis te voelen!

We all thought La Sejannerie was a wonderful holiday home. House was so well equipped. The pool was fantastic. Although not heated it was over 22 every day. Lovely peaceful location. Beautiful countryside. Liked the town of Sourdeval which had a small supermarket and patisserie so you can stock up the fridge with cheese and pastries. Good location to visit D Day beaches. Plenty of places to visit with an 1 1/2 drive which for France is not bad at all. Excellent zoo at Champrepus. Visited Village Enchante which was great for the under 10's and Festyland for under and over 10's. Would definately love to come again.

Mooi huis, mooie onderhouden tuin, groot zwembad, airco is pluspunt, voldoende materiaal. Goede ligging.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und waren wie letztes Jahr wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Ferienhaus ist zu empfehlen für Leute, welche eine schöne Umgebung und Ruhe suchen. Toll, dass nun auch W-LAN bzw. WiFi zur Verfügung steht. Verbesserungsfähig wäre lediglich, dass auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme empfangen werden könnten.

Het huis voldeed perfekt aan onze verwachtingen. Tel daar de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar bij op en het succes is compleet. Wij willen deze woning dan ook zeker aan anderen aanraden. Zeker als het om gezinnen gaat.

Plus: - Location of the villa was fabulous - House was what we were expecting based on brochure - Key owner was friendly Minus: - This review supposed to be asked by the Finnish Interhome, whom I rented the villa from - The 24/7 phone number Interhome gave us did not answer my phone call - We had to pay the broken toilet seat, which was defective before our arrival - Cleaning charge was groundless (for us 210 €). The house was not clean the day we arrived. - No proper cleaning supplies in the house to keep the house clean during the week
excellent location, wonderful view, comfortable villa, great garden. Perfect place for exploring Toscana - close to most interesting places. Very convinient location in San Gimignano - quiet but still close to the center of the town (wlaking distance).
Hatten einen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Werden bald wiederkommen.

Un interieur raffiné tres agréable a vivre. Une mauvaise note pour la piscine qui n'est pas bien profonde.
The house was a little bit difficult to find (small alleys and small map) but when found it fulfilled all our expectations! Wonderful, clean areas. Bathrooms were big and spacious, interiour design fresh and modern. Also the outdoors was bigger than the pictures showed! Wonderful views from the terrace and overall a great experience. On the down side; the sound of for example music can disturb the neighbours and they are not so friendly... The open fire did not work, and we had three (abandoned?) kittens living in our backyard.
Excellente situation pour une famille, maison spacieuse et agréable, panorama fantastique. Seule réserve: il est dommage de ne pas avoir un accès direct à la piscine depuis la terrasse et de devoir faire le tour de la maison. Pour le reste, parfait.

Location très propre, décorée avec gout et très spatieuse. Situation agréable et calme. Piscine chauffée et entretenue régulièrement. Par ailleurs le coffret d'accueil contenant tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et le nécessaire de voyage est très appréciable après un long voyage.

Idyllische Lage,gut ausgestattetes Haus,Kinderfreundlich,Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer einen entspannten Ferienhausaufenthalt in schöner Lage sucht ,ist hier genau richtig.
Excellent holiday with friends and children! Everything was clean and the owners were helpful and very friendly. The only minus was that water in the pool was too cold in September.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Der Service vor Ort war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hauses ist spektakulär, die Aussicht über das Meer traumhaft. Einzelne Möbelstücke sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war charmant und stimmig. Wir, und auch unseren Kinder, haben den viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The house and property is very luxurious, however one of the bedrooms 140 cm bed, had a slight moldy smell and also the adjacent bathroom ever more so. Could have been something temperary but I wish I had known.

appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme bien équipé avec parking privé vue sur le rocher d'Ifach cependant un peu gâchée par des immeubles de grande hauteur appartement bien situé non loin du front de mer et des centres d'intérêt
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Pool und die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abseits des Trubels. Der Strand kann problemlos zu Fuss innerhalb 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Besitzer Jacqueline und Jean-Louis, ein belgisches Paar, sind auf dem selben Grundstück, jedoch sehr diskret und sehr darauf bedacht, einem die Privatsphäre zu lassen. Sie sind jedoch auch jederzeit bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und sind superfreundlich. Ein Problem mit dem TV wurde umgehend unter zu Hilfenahme eines Fachmannes behoben, obwohl ich mehrmals sagte, dass ich den TV eigentlich gar nicht brauche im Urlaub. Alles in allem eine wirklich gelungene Wohnung mit Charme und Stil und absolut zu empfehlen.
In juli een heerlijke week gehad in "ons eigen huis met zwembad". Heerlijk om een hele week een zwembad alleen voor jezelf te hebben. Een prima plek maar wel heel erg afgelegen en vooral 's avonds soms voor de kinderen wel een beetje spannend..

5 aparte appartementen met ieder een eigen keuken en badkamer. De rivier loopt naast het huis. Water is koud en ondanks dat het er leuk en mooi uitzien,niet ideaal om te zwemmen/poedelen. Wel ideaal voor als je een hond meeneemt. Ook fijn is de gratis wifi, al moet je daarvoor soms wel aan de goede kant van het huisje gaan zitten. Minder is het gebrek aan een (grote) buitentafel om met een grote groep gezellig te eten. Ook minder is dat het appartement waar ik in sliep een badkamer had waar de vloer dag-en-nach nat was agv van de opzet van de douche (naast de toilet en zonder opvangbak).
Villa Valchiera in Sansepolcro, Tuscany, Italy is amazing. It is on the way up to a beautiful mountain, is so peaceful with a river and falls running through its property. The 5 separate apartments gives a big group privacy, yet room for all to get together. They are decorated with antiques, and the rooms were very cozy and the beds very comfortable. We had easy access to Florence, Siena, Urbino, San Marino, the wine country, etc. Only small problem we had was the water pump didn't work properly, but the men in our group filled up the well with water and found the floater, and all worked well after that. The proprietors need to inform guests about the water situation. Also, the lighting was a little dull. Could have used more lighting. We had 12 people in our group and we all rate this villa as Excellent!! We all want to go back.
Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus, mit Liebe möbliert und eigentlich schön gelegen. (Achtung eines der Schlafzimmer ist nur als Kinderzimmer geeignet (viel kleiner, getrennte Betten und leider ohne Klimaanlage) Die Gartenanlage lädt zu ausgiebigem Entspannen am Pool ein. Die perpedes erreichbaren Strände sind OK aber nicht großartig. Ausserdem ist der Zugang zum Meer durch den großen Campingplatz (Briuni Camping) zum größten Teil beeinträchtigt. Man kann zwar auch über den Campingplatz ans Meer, dort ist es jedoch entsprechend voll. Alles in Allem durchaus zu empfehlen auch wenn ich schon schönere Flecken (Umgebung und Meer) in Kroatien gesehen habe.
The house was very good for our group, 7 adults and 2 children. We were there in our own peace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also very good restaurant about 200 meters from the hause, good and cheap food and excellent service.
We had a great time in our modern villa built in a rural setting with lovely views of the mountains and surrounding fields, with a charming fireplace and a huge swimming pool. We also want to point out the very friendly and professional support by Toni, the keyholder. He is very nice with the guests.

Wir waren nun zum dritten mal in dem wunderschönen Haus. Den Flair von der Toskana bekommt man da richtig zu spüren. Das Haus liegt ziemlich auserhalb und ist nur über eine teilweise kies/teilweise asphaltieren Weg zu erreichen. Das Anwesen, die Ruhe und der Pool laden zur Entspannung ein.
