De Villa heeft een uitstekende rustige ligging. Om u heen vindt u vooral mais en andere gewassen. Op loopafstand vindt u Sa Pobla, een klein dorpje waar je uitstekend kunt eten bij de verschillende eetgelegenheden. Met de auto ben je in 25 min bij Palma en in 30 min in 's-Arenal. In 10 min ben je bij het strand en verschillende supermarkten zijn te vinden in Sa Pobla. De Villa zelf was goed. Het zwembad is groot, het buiten gedeelte aangenaam, de aanwezige badkamers waren ruim opgezet en je hebt geen last van buren of iets dergelijks. De bedden waren wel aan vervanging toe en om de Villa zelf was ook wat achterstallig onderhoud. Al met al was het een nette goede Villa met een hele vriendelijke meneer die de Villa verhuurde!

La maison est très bien, bien équipée et agréable, mais sur 4 niveaux. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : Une seule des télécommandes pour la clim était équipée de piles. Pour les autres, il a fallu en acheter. La piscine n'était pas remplie à notre arrivée et le matériel de nettoyage ne fonctionne pas bien. L'idée que l'on se fait de la piscine est qu'elle est un peu plus grande. Enfin, l'environnement est certes calme, mais à proximité d'élevages d'animaux, d'où des odeurs nauséabondes en permanence. Bref, il faut y aller en hiver et rester dans la maison.

This is a very nice and roomy house for six people in a nice development in a nice area. The only negative is that there are no screens on the windows and doors so mosquitoes can be a problem during nights if one likes to sleep with open windows instead of using the air conditioning (as we do). The garage parking is a great plus, as parking is very difficult/limited in the neighborhood. The Intrehome key pick-up place (at the beginning of the rental) is very difficult to find (in fact our GPS could not find it at all based on the address provided to us, we found it by accident) and almost impossible to park at. It should be moved to and easily accessible part of town. The house does not have wireless internet access. Instead of the USB stick offered by Interhome as an extra add-on for a price to remedy this shortcoming we bought a wireless GSM router from Orange for the same price which allowed us to use to log on by multiple computers at the same time. The rental price was on the high side but we stayed in August, which is the busiest month and has the highest price.
