First I would comment on Alfredo who settled us in the Villa on our first day with the minimum of fuss. Excellent friendly welcome and perfect tour of the villa and surrounds. From then it was like home for a week in a very positive way. We had 5 grand children and 2 of our 3 children and partners and it worked so well. The gardens and nearby village provided a backdrop for a perfect familly gathering. The children had space in and out of the Villa. The village stores were welcoming and supportive of a gang of non italian speaking tourists. Would I do it again. You bet.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freuenden (~28 Jahre) und waren im Großen & Ganzen sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und noch ziemlich neu (BJ2009). Es entspricht genau der Beschreibung auf der Homepage. Toll war dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Gut ausgestattete Küche und traumhafte Terasse ink. Pool! Wenn man was negatives aufführen möchte: - die Betten sind ziemlich weich und etwas wackelig - in der Nachbarschaft sind viele Hunde (die sehr viel bellen) - Die 500m zum Meer sind fiktiv, da eine Steilküste. KEINE Bademöglichkeit in direkter Nähe Dieses Haus ist optimal für Personen / Gruppen die auch schon mal eine ruhige Stunde und ein gemütliches Beisammen sein am Abend zu schätzen wissen. Es wird auf jedenfall ein Auto benötigt. Dann sind auchdie 1,5km in der Früh zum Bäcker kein Problem ;) Wir können Reisenden, die sich die Insel ansehen möchten (und somit sowieso ein Auto benötigen), dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, bardzo ładny dom. Wszędzie blisko, nawet do Rzymu. Własciciele bardzo mili, mówią po angielsku.

Notre déception vient surtout du fait que la faience de la piscine se décolle ce qui a bléssé 2 enfants et 1 adulte avec pour conséquences des coupures aux pieds dont 1 sérieuse pour l'adulte. Sinon l'emplacement géographique et les alentours de la maison étaient moyens. Pour déposer les poubelles il fallait y aller en voiture. Sinon le mobilier est moderne et la déco très sympa mais cela ne fait pas tout.

Gorąco polecam tą willę! Zdjęcia zamieszczone na stronie zupełnie nie oddają wysokiego standardu i pięknego położenia willi. Kuchnia i altana grillowa jest w pełni wyposażona, każda z czterech sypialni posiada własną łazienkę. Z ogromną przyjemnością powróciłabym tam raz jeszcze.
La maison est très agréable, avec ses terrasses, son jardin fleuri et la piscine (bien que pas en service en avril). L'intérieur est spacieux et clair. La vue de toutes les pièces est superbe. La situation est parfaite, au calme, à proximité des commerces, de la plage et des promenades à Théoule et Mandelieu. Nous n'avons utilisé la voiture que pour nous rendre à Cannes, mais nous aurions pu y aller en train, la gare étant en ville et facilement accessible à pieds. spacieuse, très bien située à proximité des commerces et de la mer, vue superbe

whilst this house has great sleeping/living/outdoor areas, the kitchen is in urgent need of renovation, the stove was very old and considering the house sleeps 12 people kitchen was small, if a BBQ had been available this would have helped. Also the pool was not topped up with water during our weeks stay, and there were no hoses for us to do this ourselves

Das Haus selbst ist einfach überwältigend. Inmitten der eher ruhigen und sehr einfachen Umgebung sticht es aber etwas heraus. Wir haben mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar und 4 Kindern unter 10 Jahre dort Urlaub gemacht und es hat uns an buchstäblich nichts gefehlt. Wer jedoch Kultur und touristische Highlights sucht befindet sich in einem - sehr malerischen - Hinterland. Die Schlüsselverwalterin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Leider spricht sie nur portugiesisch und französisch - was sicher nicht ihr Fehler ist, die Kommunikation aber etwas erschwert. Wir geloben Besserung!!! Verstanden haben wir uns aber trotzdem. P.S. Die Nespresso-Maschine ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Schade, weil wir extra Kapseln besorgt hatten. Und das WLAN lief irgendwie auch nicht - aber wir konnten es ja leider nicht kommunizieren ;-))

Eenvoudig gemeubileerd maar voldoende. Lokatie goed, fietsen huren is aan te raden. Gezellig dorp met veel lokale inwoners. Zwembad goed en groot genoeg, goed onderhouden.

The house and garden is a fantastic old Spanish town house of a wealthy family, probably with a history going centuries back. It is located in the high part of the old town facing south. The house has a lot of old interior decoration preserved and is a little dark inside – which is probably convenient in the hot summers. The garden consists of several charming and nice small courtyards surrounded by lots of old trees, with plenty of spots to sit in the shade and enjoy life.Lastly the house has a roof terrace with a fantastic view to Alambra. The location in the old town is convenient for seeing the old town and in walking distance of the city center. BUT it requires strong legs as there is a lot of steps and stares in the narrow streets. There are several nice restaurants within a few 100m from the house. The drawback is that furniture’s, kitchen and bathrooms are worn down and poorly maintained. Furthermore it would serve the old house well, if the owner bothered to write a small article on the history of the house. Despite this, we had a great week in Granada. P.S. Don’t bring anything bigger than a mid-size car, due to the very narrow streets leading to the house.
Dans un confort trés acceptable, un cadre de rêve pour cette grande Carmen dans le quartier de l'Albayzin - il fait aimer les choses anciennes, meubles, peintures anciennes, vieux quartier (XVIéme) - ne pas avoir peur des escaliers, dans la maison et dans le jardin - nombreux patios à des niveaux différents parfaitement fleuris - Piscine ancienne en état, avec vue sur l'Alhambra - Vraiment à conseiller - c'est notre second séjour dans cette Carmen 2004 et 2013 - elle est resté inchangée.

Nous sommes partis à 13 dans cette villa et nous y avons passé une semaine au mois d'aout. Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour! La villa est conforme à la description et aux photos sur l'annonce. Très confortable, avec une grande piscine, au calme (au fond d'une impasse, avec peu de voisins). La présence d'une agence interhome à Moraira permet d'avoir un contact direct pour la location, ce qui est très rassurant (même si nous n'en avons pas eu besoin) Seul point négatif (surement lié à la forte fréquentation?), quelques éléments cassés (certains ventilateurs notamment, la pomme de la douche extérieure, certaines dalles de la terrasse) peuvent provoquer de légers désagréments. Mais rien qui puisse gacher le séjour!!! D'une manière générale nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances dans cette villa!
