Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Stilvolle hochwertige Einrichtung, viel Platz und viel Komfort wie Eiscrasher und eingebauter Kaffeevollautomat und hochwertiges Geschirr. Große Garage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus. Herrliche Dachterrasse, leider ohne Sonnenliegen. Geräuschkulisse des Vergnügungsparkes auf der anderen Hafenseite ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Vorteil bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage kann man die Fenster schließen, dann ist es ruhiger. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus und einer sehr gepflegten abgesicherten Residenz.
Très belle maison, moderne, accueillante et très tranquille en cette période de l'année car sans voisins de part et d'autre du jardin. Vue superbe sur la mer et les bateaux. Accès sécurisé au garage très pratique.
Maison très agréable, très bien située et personnel d'accueil sympathique. Par contre le ménage n'était pas impeccable (poussière sous les lits et terrasse et mobilier de jardin pas nettoyés) Attention à ceux qui ont un coffre de toit, il faut le démonter pour accéder au garage ... L'accès internet était compris dans le prix mais nous n'avons jamais pu nous connecter nous l'avons signalé mais pas de solution trouvée...
Leider nur franz. Fernsehsender. TV in den Schlafzimmern unbrauchbar, da kein Empfang. Bettensystem mit Leintuch und Wolldecke mühsam. Duvet zwar vorhanden, aber keine Anzüge...
This is a very nice and roomy house for six people in a nice development in a nice area. The only negative is that there are no screens on the windows and doors so mosquitoes can be a problem during nights if one likes to sleep with open windows instead of using the air conditioning (as we do). The garage parking is a great plus, as parking is very difficult/limited in the neighborhood. The Intrehome key pick-up place (at the beginning of the rental) is very difficult to find (in fact our GPS could not find it at all based on the address provided to us, we found it by accident) and almost impossible to park at. It should be moved to and easily accessible part of town. The house does not have wireless internet access. Instead of the USB stick offered by Interhome as an extra add-on for a price to remedy this shortcoming we bought a wireless GSM router from Orange for the same price which allowed us to use to log on by multiple computers at the same time. The rental price was on the high side but we stayed in August, which is the busiest month and has the highest price.

We arrived to find that as beautiful as the house was it was missing the most basic of items. No toaster, no real coffee machine, no sieves, can opener only 1 large towel per person for a 10 day stay. The furniture was not what one would expect in a 2 million Euro Villa. The beds uncomfortable, The AC did not work properly and we were sweating bullets every night. To top it all off the roof of the Sauna collapsed 5 minutes after we used it for the first time. Could have seriously injured someone. Lost use of it for 2 days. The Jacuzzi leaked and my kids almost killed themselves slipping on the wet floor. Will definitely be doing the all inclusive resort next time as we had a horrible experience. The area itself had a stunning beach and was very quiet. The local restaurant was delicious.

Die Räume sind in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die 5 Schalfzimmer bieten reichlich Platz für die Feriengäste und durch die 4 Badezimmer gibt es morgens oder abends nie einen Stau. Das Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre für kühlere Abende. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Geräten die man so braucht. Am Besten ist jedoch das Grillhaus, bzw die Außenküche. Es gibt einen offenen Kamin mit Grillrost daneben einen (Pizza)-Backofen und einen Gasgrill. Zudem ist eine komplette Küchenzeile im Grillhaus mit Natursteinspüle, Geschirrspüler, Cerankochfeld und diversen Küchenschränken vorhanden. Für die Biertrinker ist ein riesiger doppelter Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Aussenanlage ist wunderschön uns sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist völlig ausreichend zum schwimmen und erfrischen. Er wird sogar mit 2 Solarmodulen beheizt und ist im Frühsommer auch schon angenehm warm. Die Besitzer sind zu den Übergabezeiten vor Ort, wohnen aber in den Sommermonaten nicht im Haus. Sie sind sehr nett, freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
