Idyllische Lage,gut ausgestattetes Haus,Kinderfreundlich,Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer einen entspannten Ferienhausaufenthalt in schöner Lage sucht ,ist hier genau richtig.
Excellent holiday with friends and children! Everything was clean and the owners were helpful and very friendly. The only minus was that water in the pool was too cold in September.

Jávea is a small and nice place. The house was wonderful and there was a beatiful view from the house.
Très jolie maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout a été prévu par les propriétaires pour rendre le séjour agréable (équipement haut de gamme et installation générale très bien conçue). Quartier résidentiel très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Piscine et barbecue top, les enfants en ont largement profité. Seul petit bémol : le ménage n'avait pas été fait à fond dans la maison à notre arrivée (moutons de poussière dans les chambres) alors qu'il s'agit d'un service payant imposé par Interhome et qu'on pourrait attendre davantage de propreté compte tenu du montant du service.

We had a very good service when we asked for help to adjust or fix some details with some equipment. The house standard was perfekt for us with lots of space and it was like coming home. The house was nice and clean with cozy lighting lit when we arrived in the evening. The area was quiet and calm and it was easy to get to markets and attractions. In the evenings we used the pool and we enjoyed it very much. With such nice house that you are very happy with, it is easy to enjoy all the other.
The pick up of keys was arranged perfectly even though the office was closed. The office people helped in all cases and acted promptly to all flaws we presented. The house was exactly we were expecting!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt; die Außenanlagen phantastisch. Man gibt sich sehr große Mühe dies zu bewahren (2 x pro Woche Pool Reinigung, 1 x pro Woche Gärtner). Die "kleineren" Unzulänglichkeiten wurden von den Interhome Mitarbeitern freundlich aufgenommen und, wenn die Möglihckeit bestand, auch sofort beseitigt. Allerdings sollte am / im Haus demnächst einiges repariert (Deckenventilatoren) und ausgetauscht (Liegen, Beistelltisch, Hollywood Schaukel) werden. Der Ort bietet leider für Jugendliche wenig ... Nein - Nichts; ist aber dennoch ein Platz an dem man immer wieder etwas neues entdeckt. Überrascht haben mich die teilweise hohen Preise in den Retaurants und Bars - Ich kenne das aus München - Hatte es aber nicht in einem "No-Name Dorf" in Spanien erwartet. Die nähere Umgebung gibt nicht viel her - was aber bei den schönen Außenanlagen des Hauses nicht notwendig war. Barcelona und ein Freizeitpark sind für Tagesausflüge sehr gut erreichbar und diese Reise wert. Gerne wieder mit Interhome - Evtl. aber an einem belebteren Ort!
the decor was nice , not very clean on arrival , no lights in the bedroom main room .toilet didnt flush, shower screen wouldnt close, pool not very clean and wasnt cleaned the week we were there , no sun beds to lay on around the pool , ants nesta all over the grass so couldnt sit around the pool area . tiles around the pool dirty and was not well maintained , washing machine didnt work
Hay algo que me molesta y me duele especialmente: estamos en España y me resulta prácticamente imposible comunicarme con ustedes en ESPAÑOL. Por favor: por muchos extranjeros que posean casas en esa zona, ESTAMOS EN TERRITORIO ESPAÑOL. Deberían también dejar indicaciones en NUESTRO IDIOMA. En cuanto a la casa, debería haber alguna televisión sintonizada para recibir canales DE NUESTRO PAÍS y algún aparato más de aire acondicionado El mobiliario exterior es excelente.

W domu, który zamieszkaiwaliśmy odcięto prąd (!). Na szczęście miejscowa obsługa Interhome (Ellinor & Michael) doskonale się spisali i rozwiązali ten + kilka drobnych innych problemów. Sympatyczny dom, ale nie polecam go rodzinom z małymi dziećmi - dużo schodów... Dobry basen, lokalizacja ani jednak w 'wiejskiej' okolicy, ani blisko cywilizacji, trochę dziwne miejsce...
