Bardzo przyjemne miejsce oddalone od zgiełku cywilizacji ale jednocześnie dobre do wyjazdów turystycznych. W niedużej odległości kilka interesujących obiektów. Ładny widok, mili gospodarze, basen do swobodnej dyspozycji, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie.

This property was superb, contemporary decor, very spacious, very clean, warm, lovely soft towels and absolutely tremendous views. Niggles were minor - the fridge hadn't been turned on in anticipation of our arrival, and there weren't any pillowcases, however the pillows were very clean. Also, we couldn't get the hi-tec hob to work, instructions (in English) would have been useful, and would of saved us having to contact the landlord at a late hour. It suited us, but others may not like the lack of TV or internet access. We liked Telfs, which was just a short walk. It is more industrial than touristy, and whilst there are many shops, there didn't appear to be many restaurants or bars.
Wir wurden äusserst freundlich empfangen und bei Fragen stand unsere Ansprechperson immer zur Verfügung. Das Haus war wunderschön von A-Z. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad mit WC. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Aussenanlage mit dem Pool und der Bergola mit Grill war der absolute Hammer (traumhafter Pool welcher ebenfalls sehr sauber war). Tipp: Für schnelles Grillen am Mittag würden wir das nächste mal einen Tischgrill noch mitnehmen. Im Dorf gab es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen mit allen nötigen Produkten, ansonsten ist dort nicht viel los. Info: Die nächste Tankstelle ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Das Meer war wohl nahe (ca. 8-10 min.) aber nicht unbedingt für tollen Badespass geeignet oder wir haben den richtigen Strand nicht gefunden:-). Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl. Unsere 2 jährige Tochter hatte auch riesen Spass, vorallem im Pool. Das einzige was fehlte war ein kleiner Spielplatz, ob beim Haus oder im Dorf. Ansonsten können wir diese "Villa" absolut weiter empfehlen!

maison superbe pour 8 personnes, 4 chambres toutes avec wc et coin douche+lavabo. terrasse exterieure fonctionnelle avec barbecue plancha et piscine. mer à 200mètres, petits commerces à 300 mètres. Umagf à 5 km. possibilités diverses en restaurant dans un rayon de 10 km Adresse à retenir et à refaire de plus des hôtes hyper-accueillants

Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand und die Landschaft sehr schön. Ich denke; man ist im Sommer besser als im Winter aufgehoben,weil man im Winter nur mit Schneeketten am Auto zum Haus gelangt. Außerdem kann man im Sommer mehr Erleben. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat waren die Matratzen des Bettes. Diese waren total durchgelegen und man lag schon sogut wie auf dem Lattenrost.
Cette location est très jolie, très propre. Le propriétaire est prévenant, entretient parfaitement le site sur lequelle se trouve la maison (nettoyage quotidien de la piscine, arrosage des plantes, réparation des meubles de jardin et jouets, ...) accueil très sympathique, propriétaires discrets. Une petite remarque : vous devriez être beaucoup plus clairs dans votre descriptif en précisant qu'il loue 3 appartements dans sa maison principale et que la piscine est partagée par 4 familles. Il y avait beaucoup trop d'incertitudes (un de vous conseillers m'a même dit qu'il y avait des gens à l'étage de notre maison alors qu'elle était en rdc). De façon générale, d'ailleurs, vos conseilleurs ne connaissent pas les locations proposées par le site et sont incapables de donner plus de renseignements que le site. un comble !

Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku - cisza i spokój. Stosunkow blisko do centrum miasteczka, plaży, sklepów, stacji kolejowej. Klimat i atmosfera odbiega od standartowo oferowanych miejsc noclegowych. Jedyny mankament to łóżka - miekkie i zapadające się materace wymagające wymiany. Polecam :)

Well maintained and well equipped property in a convenient location, with lots of places of interest nearby. The welcome and the tour of the property ensured a good start to a very enjoyable fortnight. The property is Tardis like and is very comfortable and spacious for 2. Very well worth a stay, the best we have stopped in 25 years.
This is an idyllic cottage in a lovely location. Everything has been thought of, there is nothing that is lacking in equipment. It is larger than the photograph would have you believe having 2 rooms downstairs and a large bedroom and separate shower room and toilet. This is the second time that we have used a cottage owned by Gilly Bresson and she cannot be faulted in her preparation.

Geweldige ontvangst met uitgebreide uitleg.Heel goed uitgerust huis/schoon. het enige jammere is dat het tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer beneden niet zo breed is. Met twee grote kinderen is dat naar onze mening wat krap.
Een heerlijk huis om zowel met goed als met slecht weer tot rust te komen. Alles, maar dan ook alles is schoon en volmaakt. Nog nooit eerder zo'n uitgebreide keukeninventaris in een huurhuis aangetroffen. Een huis om je in thuis te voelen!

Tolles Haus, alles durchdacht, beschriftet und neuwertig. Der Besitzer Zlatko hat viel Liebe in das Haus gesteckt, im Winter bewohnt er selbst das Haus. Der riesige Garten hat alle denkbaren Obstbäume ; Feigen,Granatäpfel, Mandeln und alles mögliche. Der Poolberreich ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Empfehlenswert sind Radtouren in der Gegend. Und unbedingt empfehlenswert ist die Konoba Babici, ein Restaurant in ca. 2 km Entfernung. Dort schmeckt alles wunderbar und ist vergleichsweise günstig. Egal ob Fisch , Rinderfilet, die leckeren Pizzen oder die Palatschinken - alles ausgezeichnet! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit , nochmals vielen Dank an Zlatko!

A fantastic house with a lovely garden and a great pool. The owner of the house was most gentle, met up at the evening with milk, bread, butter, tea and marmalade etc. Unfortunately, the period (21st to 28 of April) was a rainy and cold week. We will gladly come back. The Björk family
Mooi huis, mooie onderhouden tuin, groot zwembad, airco is pluspunt, voldoende materiaal. Goede ligging.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und waren wie letztes Jahr wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Ferienhaus ist zu empfehlen für Leute, welche eine schöne Umgebung und Ruhe suchen. Toll, dass nun auch W-LAN bzw. WiFi zur Verfügung steht. Verbesserungsfähig wäre lediglich, dass auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme empfangen werden könnten.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette maison, pour son emplacement (isolé avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne toscane), son charme (véritable maison toscane du 19ème siècle), sa situation géographique (à proximité de Florence, Pise, Volterra, San Gimignano...) et ses beaux couchers de soleil. La piscine était très agréable et très bien entretenue. Une petite réserve toutefois concernant la cuisine : lave-vaisselle placé au dessus du frigo et donc difficile d'accès et la vaisselle à disposition qui aurait pu être plus fournie compte tenu de la taille de la maison.
The Firs is een mooie, zeer compleet uitgeruste bungalow op een prachtig rustig plekje. Het touristische Drumnadrochit ligt op 10 km naar het oosten, een prachtig natuurgebied 10 km naar het westen. Eigenaar van het complex was zeer vriendelijk. Enige opmerking: Electriciteit in de bungalow liep via een meter, die, wanneer er geen "tegoed" meer was, door de eigenaar moest worden opgeladen. Dit deed hij zonder problemen! Maar bij ons was er steeds de angst dat we plotseling (bv op een tijdstip dat de eigenaar niet aanwezig was) wederom zonder stroom zouden komen te zitten. Voor een bungalow waarbij electriciteit inclusief is, vond ik dit niet helemaal terecht.... Houd er verder rekening mee dat de Firs tegen een stevige heuvel aan ligt. Bereiken van de bungalow per auto was iedere keer een belevenis. Wifi was aanwezig, maar hiervoor moest je naar de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes van het aan de weg gelegen hostel.
Prachtig moderne vakantiewoning op de tweede verdieping van een boerderij. Het is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustig gelegen, dorp ligt op 2 km van de woning. Minpunt is dat je niet even gemakkelijk naar buiten loopt om in de tuin te zitten.
The pictures on the website do not give the apartment justice. On entering the property you can see it is finished beautifully. Again when entering the apartment it was as if we were the first occupants ! Plenty of space and most things in the kitchen to be self sufficient. The view from the living room windows is spectacular. The location is great for you outdoor folk and with the local outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes away we found it great as it was about 30 degrees all of our visit. Hittisau village is really a 5 minute drive rather than a quick walk if you need the supermarket, which as we found had everything you would need except a pharmacy. The only thing I would say is that the patio table and shade should be round the entrance side of the property not adjacent to the slop pit by the farmers barn. Hence we didnt use it because it was round the wrong side of the house. Other than that small point the owner was very friendly even with a bit of a language barrier.

Wir waren mit 9 Freunden mit dem Motorrad dort. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden von den Besitzern des Hauses. Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung wie Bettwäsche Handtücher etc. waren vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die gesamten Räume im Haus waren in einem sauberen gepflegtem Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß und die Badezimmer sehr sauber. Ich kann das Haus auf jedenfall empfehlen

5 aparte appartementen met ieder een eigen keuken en badkamer. De rivier loopt naast het huis. Water is koud en ondanks dat het er leuk en mooi uitzien,niet ideaal om te zwemmen/poedelen. Wel ideaal voor als je een hond meeneemt. Ook fijn is de gratis wifi, al moet je daarvoor soms wel aan de goede kant van het huisje gaan zitten. Minder is het gebrek aan een (grote) buitentafel om met een grote groep gezellig te eten. Ook minder is dat het appartement waar ik in sliep een badkamer had waar de vloer dag-en-nach nat was agv van de opzet van de douche (naast de toilet en zonder opvangbak).
Villa Valchiera in Sansepolcro, Tuscany, Italy is amazing. It is on the way up to a beautiful mountain, is so peaceful with a river and falls running through its property. The 5 separate apartments gives a big group privacy, yet room for all to get together. They are decorated with antiques, and the rooms were very cozy and the beds very comfortable. We had easy access to Florence, Siena, Urbino, San Marino, the wine country, etc. Only small problem we had was the water pump didn't work properly, but the men in our group filled up the well with water and found the floater, and all worked well after that. The proprietors need to inform guests about the water situation. Also, the lighting was a little dull. Could have used more lighting. We had 12 people in our group and we all rate this villa as Excellent!! We all want to go back.
La Chaumiere et le gardin nous plaison beacoup. Monsieur et Madame Breiner et tres symphatique une belle Region de la Bretagne avec de jeans a Tregunc symphatique
De woning bevindt zich op loopafstand van het centrum. Wandel- en skigebieden op 15 minuten met auto bereikbaar. Eigenaar is bijzonder aardig en spant zich in om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Woning was zeer schoon en ook het bad- en bedlinnen was goed.
Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Skiausflüge nach Saalbach, Kitzsteinhorn und Kitzbuehl sehr gut gelegen. Das Dorf Mittersill ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.
This is one of the most interesting holiday homes we have visited, not only in Germany, but the entire world. 'Das Rosenhaus' makes superb accommodation for a family holiday at any time of year. It is in the grounds of an old Saxon castle, overlooking a beautiful lake. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy! The surrounding area is fascinating to explore, lying between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden, to the south of the River Elbe. I commend Rittergut Heyda to everyone reading Interhome online. Location très propre, décorée avec gout et très spatieuse. Situation agréable et calme. Piscine chauffée et entretenue régulièrement. Par ailleurs le coffret d'accueil contenant tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et le nécessaire de voyage est très appréciable après un long voyage.
Zeer net, prima ingericht, alle comfort (airco, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine), volledig omheinde tuin met goed sluitende poorten (hond kan niet weg!), parking én garage...dat alles in een heel fijne omgeving: vlakbij jachthaven, strand, warenhuis etc.
Die Ferienunterkunft entsprach in jeder Beziehung dem im Internet publizierten. Die Lage war trotzdem es ausserhalb der Ortschaft gelegen ist sehr zentral. Die vorhandenen Sitz- und Liegemöbel auf der Terrasse waren in einem Superzustand. Auch die Möbilierung im Haus war tadellos.
Super tolles Haus, gute ruhige Lage, alles gut erreichbar, jederzet zu empfehlen, fahren bald wieder genau in dieses Haus, waren schon in vielen Häusern und Ländern aber dieses hat mir sehr gut gefallen und es war sehr sauber !!!!

La casa stupenda, i servizio e' eccelso ,vicino a casa piste per bambini e piste da slittino e il bellissimo alpine coastner stupendo !!! Le terme acqua dome a mezzora da casa insomma super consigliato ! La casa ha tutti i confort !! I padroni gentilissimi !! Suoer disponibili
