This is one of the most interesting holiday homes we have visited, not only in Germany, but the entire world. 'Das Rosenhaus' makes superb accommodation for a family holiday at any time of year. It is in the grounds of an old Saxon castle, overlooking a beautiful lake. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy! The surrounding area is fascinating to explore, lying between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden, to the south of the River Elbe. I commend Rittergut Heyda to everyone reading Interhome online. Het begon al bij de receptie, waar een vriendelijke dame ons vertelde dat ze ons blij mocht maken. Omdat de bungalow die we gehuurd hadden om een of andere reden niet beschikbaar was kregen we een nieuw chalet toegewezen. Op een ruim terrein stonden de nieuwe ruime chalets met alle mogelijke luxe. Wij waren met 3 jonge kinderen die hebben genoten van de speeltuin midden op het terrein.En dagelijks naar het heerlijk verwarmde zwembad en in het restaurant hoefden we als klap op de vuurpijl in de herfstvakantie voor de kinderen niet af te rekenen. We hebben genoten. En onze kleinkinderen zeiden"volgende keer willen we weer hier naar toe"
das Haus ist mit einem halbwegs aktuellem Navi ohne Probleme zu finden, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, wir konnten sogar früher als 16 Uhr anreisen, es ist alles sehr gepflegt, sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten,

sehr einfache Ausstattung (z.B.keinerlei Ablage oder Haken im oberen Bad) sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption
Die Wohnung war für eine Woche Urlaub ok bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten die defekt waren. Wenn man gerne barfuß läuft sollte man vorher putzen ansonsten hat man schwarze Füße..Die Lage ist sehr schön,man ist schnell unten am See.Die Pools (besonders der Kinderpool) war ganz toll wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt und das Wasser geprüft (täglich). Leider fehlt der Wohnung eine Kaffeemaschiene.
Nice and peaceful (probably too peaceful for young people). The best part was the peacefulness. The worst thing were the connections, the bus connections were not as good as we believed - and even the staff didn't know much about them. There was hardly nothing in the mini market and the shops were quite far away. Hard if you have kids and no car. You have to eat at the pizzeria or have no food...
Dom jest wygodny, czysty i zaopatrzony w to co niezbędne do życia i wypoczynku. Ośrodek położony na wzgórzu w ładnym miejscu. Jednak do plaży trzeba zejść po 75 schodach. Plaża jest kamienista w pełnym słońcu. Warto zaopatrzyć się w parasol. Widoki nad Gardą są przepiękne. Byliśmy w sierpniu, więc w sezonie wysokim, a jednak na plaży nigdy nie było tłumu. Polecam. To był udany urlop.
