Bij aankomst had de eigenaresse de open haard al voor ons aangedaan. Een warm welkom dus. Erg netjes gepoetst, uitgebreid qua faciliteiten in en om het huis. Bv. veel keukengerei, mooie tuin, radio, tv, buiten ligbedden alsmede een mooi uitzicht in de tuin. Een tip voor mensen die een weekendje rust zoeken.

Das Zimmer ist ideal für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet um selbst zu kochen und das Bad ist schön und gross. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist genial und auch die Bademöglichkeit vor dem Haus natürlich optimal. Die Lage zwischen Lugano und Gandria ist sehr schön und der Anschluss ist tiptop. Schnell ist man auch auf dem San Salvatore oder Monte Bre.
The apartment was nicely situated just outside Lugano on a beautiful and quiet street. The view from the balcony is fantastic and if the weather had been good it would have been the perfect place to go swimming in the lake. The apartment itself was simple but clean and nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds and everything you need for a short break or a week's holiday. The key collection went perfectly – we were met by a very friendly Swiss lady who happily answered all our questions and gave us some good restaurant tips. All in all highly recommended – only the weather could have been better!

Eine großzügige, helle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung; freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter; (Schi)-Bus-Haltestelle bzw. Liftstation in unmittelbarer Nähe; schöner Blick ins Zillertal; Parkplatz vor der Haustüre;
prima nette gezellige vakantiewoning! Een kanttekening: er is maar 1 WC. Dat is echt te weinig voor 6 personen. Daarom kies ik waardering gemiddeld terwijl ik met extra wc heel goed tot uitstekend zou waarderen.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Skibus vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden.
Wir sind 2 Familien (jeweils 2 Kinder zwischen 9 und 15) und waren schon oft in derartigen Häusern. Dieses Haus war wirklich top - gehört definitv zu den besten! Schicke Einrichtung mit allem, was man braucht; geräumiger Gemeinschaftsraum; Der Esstisch ist nicht riesig, reicht aber durchaus für 8 Personen. Sehr einladendes Sofa zum Lümmeln nach dem Skifahren. Die Kinder konnten sich gut in das größte "Kinderzimmer" verziehen. Mir hat die Infrarotkabine sehr gut getan, nachdem ich mir den Rücken etwas verrissen hatte - eigentlich bin ich aber eher der Sauna-Fan. War zur Abwechslung aber durchaus ansprechend.

Very pleased with apartment. Spacious, clean with all facilities expected. Excellent personal service from owner. All baby essentials provided. Very nice situation and outlook. Would be very convenient for skiing in winter. Would definitely book again. Very good price.

Vrijstaand huis, zeer ruim en sfeervol met o.a. een gezellige haardkamer en woonkeuken. Keuken van alle mogelijke apparaten voorzien en een uitstekende, vaatwasser, droger en wasmachine aanwezig. Pistes van Nassfeld 20 auto min. Wij hebben twee weken lang wintersport gevierd en een geweldige tijd gehad, het huis heeft een hele gezellige en huiselijke sfeer en op de veranda is het tot laat genieten. Huis ligt in een rustig dorp en verder vertier, cafe's en boodschappen zijn alleen met een auto te bereiken maar alles is Hermagor te vinden, 15 min rijden. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
Bellissimo posto e ottima sistemazione, La casa è molto spaziosa, confortevole e fornita di tutti gli accessori necessari. La famiglia che gestisce la casa è accogliente, disponibile e gentile.
Fijn éénkamerappartement, comfortabel ingericht, met een zithoek, slaapgedeelte en keukengedeelte met eethoek , balkon en mooi uitzicht. Slechts 2 kookplaten, maar wel vaatwasser en magnetron. Voor de broodjes moet je een paar km rijden 's ochtends, wat een nadeel kan zijn als je vroeg wil skiën (bij de supermarkt kan je voor een paar euro ontbijten). Prijs-kwaliteit vonden wij prima, hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.
It was absolutely best place where we have lived when are going for skiing in Austria. Everything was clean, very well equipped. Everything was as seen in a pictures. Home hostess was very helpful and smiling. The best price-quality ratio that I would recommend to my friends.

Very nice place with spectacular views of mountains and lake. Ideal for trips to the surrounding lake. Very friendly owners with a great understanding of the 4 families with five children. I can only recommend to all.
Prima appartement met erg mooi uitzicht over het meer. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Appartement is schoon en volledig ingericht. (alleen geen afwasmachine) In de winter wel sneeuwketting nodig om laatste 1,5 km te kunnen rijden. De weg wordt wel schoongemaakt maar blijft soms glibberig.

Het huis is zeer ruim en uitstekend ingericht. Vooral keuken is zeer compleet. Leuk dat je bij aankomst in restaurant van huiseigenaar mag eten, zelfs glutenvrij geen probleem. Enige jammere was dat de beloofde jacuzzi in oktober kennelijk niet meer beschikbaar was, alleen maar tijdens de zomer.Omgeving is zeer geschikt om te nountainbiken, wandelen en stadjes te bezoeken.
Location idealement située pour visiter (Assisi Perugia Montepulciano Lago di Trasimeno, Cortona...). Maison confortable et bien meublée très spacieuse avec très bonne literie. Idéale en famille. En outre vue sur le lac des plus agéables. Propreté irréprochable. Largement à recommander pour trouver calme et serénité.
Wir haben uns in dem ganz neu eingerichteten Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Skigebiet um Ladis ist schnell und gut zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell mit dem Auto erreicht., Fazit: Wir empfehlen Urgbach Apart gerne weiter.
Beautiful new appartments. A 'smaller' one for 2 persons and a bigger one for 2 persons and 1 child. Both spacious, very clean and nicelly decorated. Everything is there. Hairdryer, dishwasher, dishwasher soap, coffeepads, internet. All very good quality. You need a car to get there and to get arround. You can ski/snowboard a new place every day. Fiss/Serfaus/Ladis is very close. But you can also go to Samnaun or Ischgl. St. Anton am Arlberg and Zurs are close too.

The apartment look very new even though it's 5 years old, very clean place and well equipened. My self and family really enjoy staying in savoy apartments, personally I'm 100% satisfy and it's worth the amount of money we payed. Sure I'll stay in the same apartment indy my future visit to Interlaken.
Our family of three spent a glorious week at this apartment. The information on the internet does not do justice to this property. We found it to be extremely spacious, handsomely equipped, tastefully done up and so conveniently located. Spanking clean (bed linen, kitchen, towels...everything) with attention to practically everything a guest might need. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Total value for money.
Tout était extra ! Situation très calme... il faut prendre la voiture pour tout. Appartement avec beaucoup de place... cuisine un peu petite et peu de vaisselle (pas de micro-onde ni de four)...
1. Unterkunft7Wohnung war nicht sauber Am Ankunftstag erst sehr spät 2. suaber Wohnung über geben. danach war war alles in Ordnung. Schlechte Informationen zur Wohnung, dies war jedoch der Hauswart und nicht die zuständige Frau und darum lief einiges schief. Zu weit weg vom Stand, ist jedoch in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Für Familien mit Velo zu weit. Empfehlung je nach Bedürfnissen, ja.
Super Wohnung, eigentlich sind es fast 2Wohnungen. Ruhig, tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Nette Leute, guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Wir haben uns echt wohlgefühlt.
Bardzo przyjemne miejsce oddalone od zgiełku cywilizacji ale jednocześnie dobre do wyjazdów turystycznych. W niedużej odległości kilka interesujących obiektów. Ładny widok, mili gospodarze, basen do swobodnej dyspozycji, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie.
Alles was heel sumier maar super schoon. De plaatsjes in de omgeving lagen ver uit elkaar, je hebt wel een auto nodig
Un joli studio, dans un chalet rustique à flanc de coteau, avec une vue magnifique sur une des vallées valaisannes et les Alpes, aménagé de façon pratique et confortable. Les propriétaires, qui vivent sur place, nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et se sont montrés très serviables tout du long.
Leuke knus appartement met een schitterend uitzicht op de gletsjers en bergtoppen. Vooral de rust is heerlijk. Appartement ligt bijna aan het einde van een doodlopende weg.

Très joli appartement quasi neuf au rez d'une maison à 2 logements. L'équipement est complet et fonctionnel. Nous avons passés 7 jours magnifiques et avons pu apprécier la gentillesse et la serviabilité des propriétaires qui habitent l'étage supérieur. Pour se rendre sur les pistes, une navette gratuite circule toutes les 15 min. en direction de St Anton qui est à 12 km. Le trajet dure une dizaine de minutes, soit très raisonnable. On peut descendre à ski jusqu'à l'arrêt, en revanche env. 5 min. de marche pour revenir à l'appartement. Je peux que conseiller ce choix.
This property was superb, contemporary decor, very spacious, very clean, warm, lovely soft towels and absolutely tremendous views. Niggles were minor - the fridge hadn't been turned on in anticipation of our arrival, and there weren't any pillowcases, however the pillows were very clean. Also, we couldn't get the hi-tec hob to work, instructions (in English) would have been useful, and would of saved us having to contact the landlord at a late hour. It suited us, but others may not like the lack of TV or internet access. We liked Telfs, which was just a short walk. It is more industrial than touristy, and whilst there are many shops, there didn't appear to be many restaurants or bars.
Dotarcie do domu w którym był nasz apartament było łatwe, wcześniej oglądałem go w internecie. Już pierwszy kontakt z Gertrudą był bardzo miły. Warunki w apartamencie doskonałe, fantastycznym pomysłem są świeże bułki każdego rana dostarczane do domu. Gospodarze zachowywali się dyskretnie, zawsze byli do dyspozycji. Położenie obiektu jest znakomite, na początku Nauders, łatwe do lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko, góry praktycznie z każdej strony, można było bezpośrednio wejść na szklak.
Sehr schöne, empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Sie ist zweckmäßig und geschnackvoll eingerichtet. Die zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite und liebe Art der Vermieterin macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Es war wirklich schön.
Jeżeli chodzi o miejsce - Park Umag - polecam gorąco, przyjazny dla dzieci, ciekawe animacjekażdego wieczoru (zarówno dla dzieci i dorosłych), miła obsługa, ogrodzony ogromny, czysty, zadany piękny teren, jedyna wada kamienista plaża - ale to już urok samej Chorwacji. Domek czysty, ładnie umeblowany, dobrze wyposażony, ogólnie warunki bardzo dobre. Okolica spokojna cicha, podkreślam że byłam we wrześniu z rodziną - więc po za sezonem

Casa de madera tradiciomal de la zona situada en un espacio francamente bonito. La familia propietaria alquila una parte de la casa a la que se accede con total independencia del resto; se ajusta a las necesidades de una família de 4 miembros y el espacio es nuevo, reformado y limpio. Tranquila y sin ruidos. Relación precio-calidad más que correctos. La família propietaria es muy amable y atenta.

Wir waren in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Musalez . DieSauberkeit und der Gesamtzustand des Hauses und des Swimmigpools waren sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist auch die problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und die nette Betreung bei auftretenden Fragen durch die Vermieter.

Cudowne miejsce. Zdjęcia zamieszczone na stronie nie oddają magii i piękna domu i okolicy. Dom jest duży, stylowo urządzony, wspaniale utrzymany i wyposażony. Jest w nim dosłownie wszystko łącznie z internetem. Ogród jest ogromny, zadbany, z wieloma miejscami by przysiąść lub coś przekąsić. Okolica cicha, pełno zieleni i spokoju. Quadricilione to malutka wioska położona w rezerwacie. Ludzie sa przesympatyczni, jeśli ktoś zna włoski na pewno szybko się z nimi zaprzyjaźni. Sama Adrianna, właścicielka domu jest przemiła, szkoda nam było, że nie potrafiliśmy jej powiedzieć, jak bardzo nam się podobało. Mimo,że mówi tylko po włosku, na maile odnośnie umówienia odbioru kluczy odpisuje jej wnuczek, który zna angielski. W pobliżu jest rzeka Farma, której czysta woda gwarantuje orzeźwienie nawet w najupalniejsze dni. Polecam gorąco każdemu, kto ceni sobie piękno, ciszę i spokój.
Maison spacieuse permettant à deux couples de passer des vacances sans se marcher dessus : 2 grandes chambres avec chacune sa SdB avec douche et WC. Il y a aussi 1 lit à étages pour 2 enfants ou ados. La maison est située dans une résidence de vacances avec une piscine suffisamment grande. Pratique l'accès direct à la maison depuis les places de parking réservées, le jardin privatif et les terrasses. La résidence est perdue dans la campagne mais reste proche de Grosseto et de la plage (15 minutes). La climatisation de l'étage était en panne mais il nous a été installé une clim. mobile pour atténuer le désagrément.
This apartement is spacious, clean, fair bed, fair warmness, nice bathrooom & toilet, full geared kitchen and laundry machines. I liked it also because it's close distant to some monuments and building we'd love to see... But i didnt like: That we have to take and return the keys, which is far away from the apartement. There was no such information before we paid. After we paid, then some info came about the taking and returning the key. We also didnt like how they blocked 300 euros for "in case anything is broken" the officer said. But we didnt met at the apartement and also didnt meet with the officer nor the owner when we checked out, so how do we know everything is not broken at the first time or broken by the cleaning service while we already checked out? I didnt think that was a fair transaction. We have problem with the wi-fi too. It didnt work. We also didnt like the distance to the closets metro station which is about 10-15 minutes walk, depending on how much your luggage.
Accomodation was very good, location was perfect, with a good organisation was not difficult to find an agency with a key. Accomodation was easy to find with instrucitons from stuff. They were very friendly. We didn't like the TV with only French programs, the access to the internet was to complicated. It is NECESSARY to renovate the toilet. The apartment had a bad smell at the beginning.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung bei der es an nichts mangelt. eigene Terrasse und eigener Zugang . Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Der Ort ist gemütlich und sowohl Landeck (10 Minuten) als auch das Skigebiet Ladis (15 Minuten) sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
