Plus: - Location of the villa was fabulous - House was what we were expecting based on brochure - Key owner was friendly Minus: - This review supposed to be asked by the Finnish Interhome, whom I rented the villa from - The 24/7 phone number Interhome gave us did not answer my phone call - We had to pay the broken toilet seat, which was defective before our arrival - Cleaning charge was groundless (for us 210 €). The house was not clean the day we arrived. - No proper cleaning supplies in the house to keep the house clean during the week
excellent location, wonderful view, comfortable villa, great garden. Perfect place for exploring Toscana - close to most interesting places. Very convinient location in San Gimignano - quiet but still close to the center of the town (wlaking distance).

This is the second time in two years that we have stayed in theis house and we love it. The south facing terrace with views across the vineyards to the Chateau in Duras is perfect. The pool is first class and the general facilities in the house. Whilst the house is designed for up to 5 people there are only the two of us and there's plenty of room. Our only minor gripe, and this is due to the Londin 2012 Olympics being on the TV, we could have done with more comfortable living room chairs as we wanted to watch some of the excitement however i have to say outside beckons. Long slow lunches on the terrace, a decent supermarket a mile away and as the crow flys, Duras is easily accessable by foot or bike (two bikes are provided and you can get there as the crow flys or follow the road which takes a little longer). A good BBQ and a great kitchen. The beds are comfy although we always take our own pillows anywhere we go. It was a shame the figs weren't ripe but never mind they were last year so you could be lucky! Oh yes and we'd have loved it more if it had wifi
Bijzonder joviale en zorgzame verhuurders die met veel zorg hun gasten ontvangen. Een oase van rust. Waar je ook zit buiten op het zonneterras, aan het zwembad of in de schaduw van de boom, altijd geniet je van een prachtig panorama op de wijngaarden en het kasteel van Duras. Duras zelf is een gezellig klein dorpje van wijnboeren, met enkele leuke restaurants. Restaurant Panorama heeft een Belgische uitbaters. Leuk terras. Prima prijs kwaliteit. Een trapje hoger is hotel restaurant les Ducs, met prachtig open tuinterras.

Wunderbares Haus in gepflegter Nachbarschaft in Sackgasse gelegen, die Räume sauber und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, der Pool eine himmlische Alternative zum fantastischen Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Seh gut waren im Haus die Raumaufteilung, der Zustand der Geräte ( außer stark verschmutztem Grill ) und die Sauberkeit der Räume und die Internetverbindung mit WLAN. Mangelhaft waren stark verschmutzte Handtücher, die vor Gebrauch eine intensive Wäsche nötig hatten. Es gab allerdings eine erhebliche Gruchsbelästigung aus der Garage nach Kraftstoffen. Daher war die Garage trotz sofortiger Info an den Verwalter unbenutzbar! Die Gerüche waren auch im Haus häufig präsent, da eine Innentür zur Garage führte.

Tolles Haus,gross,sauber und sehr schön gelegen und doch erreicht mann Strände und Stadt innerhalb von 10-15 minuten problem los mit dem Auto.Auch der Flughafen ist nah und trotzdem kein grosser Fluglärm.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Buchung lief problemlos wir waren begeistert und hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen am Comer See

Schitterende woning. Proper en verzorgd. Spontane vriendelijke service. Ideaal voor grote gezinnen of zelf een vakantie met enkele vrienden.

Sehr Gute Unterkunft ca. 20 km nördlich von Bordeaux in einem kleinen Dorf. Pool, Anlage, Haus sind sehr schön. Leider gibt es nur ein Bad u. eine Toilette. Bei voller Auslastung (6 Personen) kann es schon mal zu Engpässen kommen. Die 6 Fahrräder, die angeboten wurden, waren mehr oder weniger Schrott und in dem Zustand nicht für eine Fahrradtour zu gebrauchen (defekte Bremsen, alte spröde Reifen ohne Luft). Auto wird auf jeden Fall benötigt!
